Love this store: I keep coming back for more!!

I have bought pins, the Home Hoodie, the bucket hat, and the pan beanie from Paws of Pride. The hoodie is INCREDIBLE quality: nice and thick and the pins are adorable and great quality as well! I was concerned about shipping when I bought the pins in 2020 because the shipping was taking a little while, but customer support answered my emails very quickly and the pins eventually arrived. I think they were just a little behind because of quarantine. I bought the bucket hat and home hoodie in 2021 or 2022 and the shipping for those was nice and fast! I bought the pan beanie around last December, again fast shipping and super cozy and comfy product!! Really love Paws of Pride's stuff. They're a combination of great quality products, quick shipping, and great customer service!

Cute but ... I wouldn't recommend

PROS:
- Designs are super cute

CONS:
- Took 2 weeks instead of "2 business days" to process my order
- Order was processed once refund and cancellation was requested
- I was told from customer service "I'll personally ensure that your order is shipped and prioritized" due to delays, I still received standard shipping
- Communication is slow, had to nudge via Instagram multiple times to get an email back
- Opened PayPal case due to issues/concerns and still awaiting a promised 20% refund. This has been left in PayPals hands
- Took about a month for my items to arrive
- Sweatshirts are thin
