I dnt no ehats happened to these biscuits but there tougher to break when dipped in tea not creamy as b4 and not sweet as b4. I got these each xmas now i wont buy nomore as ingrediants are not the same nomore i did find shortbread in mns and they were lovely. So im not buyin nomore patterson lane biscuits even the small box in stores are diffrent.bring the ingrediants bk were be bk.

My experience with Pattison Lane has been nothing short of a nightmare. After renting a property for three years and maintaining it to the best of my ability, I was met with an astonishing level of incompetence and audacity from their staff.

First, they failed to acknowledge emails regarding my extended stay in the property, despite me providing evidence of communication over 48 hours in advance. Instead of taking responsibility, they blatantly accused me of not informing them, which led to a parking fine that they refused to resolve, despite this being their contractual obligation.

The flat was handed back in the same condition, considering fair wear and tear over three years. However, they attempted to make outrageous claims of damage that was clearly pre-existing, as shown in the photos I provided. Their handling of the deposit was equally disgraceful—holding it unlawfully and attempting to force me into negotiations I never agreed to.

To top it all off, Raji Banghra, Lettings Support Manager, had the nerve to suggest that I do their job by raising a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. This is *their* responsibility, not mine. The unprofessionalism and sheer audacity of this agency are beyond belief. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Pattison Lane.

I will not remove this until the situation is rectified. Shocking experience.

Dishonest, they do not return calls, refund deposits even when they have agreed in writing to do so!
Was told that they are having cash flow problems, which explains their reluctance to refund.

Thank you for your email and for confirming that my query has been forwarded to Rob Gray. It has now been three days since this email has been forwarded onto Rob Gray, I have yet to receive a response. I tried calling the branch at 10:29 today (16/08/24), I was told that Rob Gray was on another call and would call me back, I don’t expect this to happen, as we’ve been told this multiple times before, so far the only call(s) we’ve received was to request the deposit mentioned below.
