A complete scam - AVOID
A complete scam. Decided to go with Patsy to help with my application for French citizenship but after providing all of the documents and paying her the fee, she did absolutely nothing. After getting no response from emailing her I spoke with the prefecture who informed me that no dossier was submitted in my name. Trying to get Patsy to answer the phone was useless aswell, she doesn't pick up and messages to ask you to call back later and never answers.
Most french administration is now easily achievable online, including citizenship applications. Avoid Patsy Valentin.

At first this company seem very genuine & professional, until we had paid, the communication stopped. After reading some disturbing reviews I finally managed to contact Patsy Valentin , who gave me a sob story, ghosted ever since. Money wasted, Avoid this company
