Ordered brown boots received black boots not once but twice 1.99 to return obviously no brown in stocks just send black and hope they will do unable to contact e mail only for companies not individual buyers.

Discount code confusion and irritation
Disappointed that a simple welcome discount code came with small print. I was browsing the sale section and had a pop-up message "discount code if you register your email"... so I registered my email and got the code. But when I checked out (trainers £50) the code didn't work. I still went ahead but I raised it with their customer services. They said my code wasn't valid for the item I bought. It seems a bit mean to flash up an offer while I'm browsing... but then not honour that offer cos of small print. Had I bought a £28 T-shirt I could have had the discount. But I spent £50 and didn't qualify for the discount. Still, you got an email address from me, that's great for your engagement reports right? But keep it simple, guys. Why bamboozle customers? Sorry that we don't understand your site as well as you, but isn't it your job to make it easy for us or we'll just shop elsewhere.
