Patentprints Reviews

I was very unhappy with the patent print I received from this company. The prints are pictured on the website as printed on a neutral background - the background on the print I received was bright yellow. The product was not rendered as described. When I requested a return label for what I felt was a defective product the company refused to authorize a refund. Instead, they offered 80% credit on a future order! No way am I ever ordering from this company again.
Update: I ordered the same print from their better known competitor and the difference is night and day. The paper used is so much thicker and more authentic and the background is a beautiful neutral. The one from patentprints looks like a cheap poster in comparison.
