My dislike was the below-par service. Once I placed the order and paid, I never heard back. I eventually called, and they responded quickly, to find out they were waiting for me to approve the design they never sent. Then, as time went on after approval, I called and emailed to find out what the issue was. After a day or two, I was able to speak with them, and they would check and get back in an hour. Well, they didn't, so I called again and finally got them on the phone, and the order was on the way. Almost TWO MONTHS LATER. But I will give them a second chance. Things happen.

Frank called several times to get a order. First order was fine. Reordered the same patch and came in totally different. Different digitizing and most important WRONG THREAD COLOR. Contacted Frank and no help from him. Disputed charge with credit card company. Just got notice they are paying them because I didn’t return the item which was not requested and was waiting for replacements before returning wrong patches. Now I have lost $375 dollars and lost face with my customer. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY. I am still going to try to get my money back but want the industry to know what a scam they are.

SCAM ALLERT Buyer Beware
PatchTripper was calling our company constantly. I gave Eric a small patch order to try them out. I wasn’t super happy with it but gave them another chance with a sublimation order. I received a vinyl order that was marked all over with black smudges. I comforted him. Eric said that he contracted this out and was worried about his reputation. After that he ghosted me. I tried to return the goods but could never get a return address. I googled his Sheridan WY address to find out that is not an actual location. This company also works under the name MaxDigitizing.

Patchtripper did a great job with my Die Sublimated patch. The colors are perfect and the the timing was too. They have som much to offer, I can't wait to order from their expansive catalog in the future!!!
