My driving instructor mark Preston was absolutely amazing easy to get hold of talk to , patient,amazing in all aspects of being a driving instructor I couldn't recommend anyone better top bloke and incredibly genuine , howether the company itself passngo isn't the best there refund policy isn't the best and trying to get hold of them isn't easy either I'd booked it all easy enough but getting hold of them to sort out when my lessons would be was a pain and not so simple

My first instructor shouted at me for use of mirror in my very first lesson and i was not happy. That's when my friend suggested about Stephen Murphy in Middlesbrough with whom she passed her test. Stephen is calm and composed and let us do things our way. Having 13 years of experience driving in my country, I had picked up lots of bad driving habits and Stephen was very calm and helped me overcome all those bad habits. Result? pass in my very first test!!! If you are looking for automatic lessons around Teesside, Stephen Murphy and PassnGo is your go to person.

Muhammad was a great instructor!

Just passed with Muhammad today. Been learning for around 10 months as I was a very slow to get the hang of it in the beginning. He was very friendly and so patient and calm, so happy! I can’t thank him enough, 10/10 from me 🤩

My experience with maulikkumar shah was absolutely brilliant he did he a really good job of staying calm easy to have a conversation with and explains things in a very understandable and detailed way he helped me pass my test and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better very accessible with lessons too very nice person would recommend to anyone

I started as a complete novice about a year ago. Having never operated a vehicle prior i was very nervous, after submitting my application for lessons using a manual clutch to PNG I was assigned Helen as my instructor who has been so wonderful. She has helped build my confidence through her calm and reassuring teaching methods and gave me some really good advice and pointers to bear in mind regarding my driving, enabling me to become test ready and pass the practical exam.

The PNG website has a personalised driving score updated after every lesson so you can see where you need that little bit more improvement and how your skills are developing overall.
The booking system is relatively easy to use as you can see the availability of lessons in a week-by-week view with colour coded availability.

I would definitely recommend PNG to anyone who is wanting to learn to drive.

I recently passed my driving test and couldn't have done it without PassnGo and my instructor Rakesh.

The website was easy to use and navigate, making it simple to book and manage lessons and keep track of my learning progress throughout. Overall a smooth and straightforward experience.

Rakesh was my third instructor and by far the best I've had. From the very first lesson he was patient, calm and informative. He never made me feel rushed or anxious, always explained things clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, and adapted his teaching to suit how I learn. He always gave constructive feedback that helped me genuinely improve.

Tahseen Hussain is a brilliant, patient and knowledgeable driving instructor. After only 18 hours of lessons I passed first time with no previous driving experience. Tahseen made the learning process a calm and stress-free experience. I am very grateful I had him as my instructor and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

I passed today with pass n go with my instructor Rakesh Sebastian from Middlesborough. He was superb. I passed on my first attempt. He is a very good and joyful instructor. Lovely person to take lessons with. Very accommodating. And Experienced. Wish him all the best for the future.

Kulbir (Kip) is the second instructor I’ve had and the difference is night and day. Brilliant instructor and is just a great bloke as well which really goes a long way.

Really useful feedback and always has a plan of action before every lesson.
Explains things very clearly but more importantly, he asks plenty of questions to make sure you really understand everything and is really patient when you aren’t sure (This is really useful for me as I struggle to concentrate sometimes)

A big thing for me has to be the way he handles progression. He knows just how to get you in some more challenging driving situations while not being totally overwhelmed.
Super surprised by how quickly I’ve gotten comfortable being on some more busy roads after only a few lessons.

Couldn’t recommend more, especially for someone like myself who might need a bit more engagement.

Passed with few minors

After 4 months with a different instructor and only making left and right turns I decided to switch to Tanya .Tanya is extremely patient and is always smiling no matter what and does not mess around (learned more in my first lesson than in 4 months with previous instructor)
I will miss our lessons and would reccomend her to anyone hands down best instructor out there !!

I have passed my driving test today with Richard Biff Wareham in Halifax, an excellent instructor that teach with various coaching methods, tailored to your personality, good mentoring to help you deal with nerves when driving and always approachable to asking questions, even for people like me that English is my second language. Thank you Pass N Go for providing a great experience!

Terrible customer service. I had 3 double lessons including a test outstanding. 7 days before the test they were cancelled due to the instructor failing his own dvsa test. No call or email telling me this and i found out by the instructor after calling him to find out if he was going to arrive. Passngo didn't offer any alternative other than a credit for 4 out of the 6 hours paid for. Eventually emails received saying they had no record of payment although evidence provided. Constant waste of time. Avoid!!!

Since starting my driving lessons with pass n go last Dec (25) which I was super nervous about starting my driving lessons. I starting my automatic lessons with my instructor Simon Doyle ,he was super nice made me feel very comfortable with my driving,I would highly recommend him if you know anyone who wants to start there lessons
I would definitely recommend pass n go to anyone who is lokking to start driving they have a very simple to follow booking system 😀
