Literally taking my exam tomorrow and pulling an all nighter after being worried about not being prepared with my normal studying and was like, HEY! I know that answer's wrong! I took a pic of it thinking they'll sure appreciate me correcting their ONE mistake. Then I another question that I know for a fact the answer is wrong. Then another and another and another!

What a waste of time and money !!!
Very bad step for me to buy their exam dump at all.
Only 3 questions came into the actual test.

i found no less than 45 answers that were clearly wrong. on the plus side, it made me actually study the gude books more to prove they were wrong. Pass4sure didnt care even slightly about all the worng answers. i even provided them with the question #s and what the correct answers should have been.

Oh well, i passed. fixing all of thier wrong answers kinda helped me out. so hurray for that i suppose.

Pass4sure is an organization with no standards whatsoever. they advertise ‘NO HASSLE MONEY BACK GARUNTEE’. On every single page of their website to lure people like us. The material they provided is completely of no use and a total waste of time.

When I question about the money back, they gave me fraudulent reasons like I don’t qualify because I bought at a discount price and they sell every single product on their website for a discount price all year which makes every single person buying their product ineligible.

THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP-OFF AND FRAUDSTERS.

I have passed a+, net+, Sec+, and CySA+ all with using pass4sure. The practice exams are spot on and I will continue to use pass4sure for any future comptia exams.

They have wrong answers. After taking their test I found out that they make wrong answers to be correct. I paid so much money on this.

Paid full price unaware of the 40% discount this weekend, started to work through the 347 questions but quickly found duplicates questions with conflicting answers, incorrect answers, missing explanations on the apparent correct answers. Total waste of time and money, sent a few emails to support and sales but no response, there are lots of free test exams and information out there so this is not actually a quicker route to pass exams. There is no data available to back up their claims of people 'passing 4 sure' after spending 100's of pounds. If using their material does help you then well done to you but I doubt they had anything to do with it other than merely being a placebo effect.

They provide me with the wrong questions and preparation which made me failed my exam . When I contacted the support to get a refund they just ignored me so I contacted my bank to force them to get my money back then I received an email from support saying that they blocked me on their site just because I raised a dispute via my bank and I won. However I'm still really angry because I lost my time studying their useless material. Avoid!!!

I paid and found out the dumps are outdated. Emailed their customer support and never ever got a reply at all for months.

I bought a set of exam papers but these are just out of date questions.
I am also very disappointed with the delayed response from the support team.
Even though I got a refund, I had to spend a lot of time working with the support team

They would not refund my money when I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. I paid for the products online one day and the next day requested to cancel the order and be refunded. I recieved a email from someone that told me that they could give me a store credit and to let them know. I responded to the email and said that is not what I want, because I dont want to use the product please cancel my order and refund me. I also haven't received any link to access the course material. I do hope they cance and refund me, but I am starting to think that will not happen. This was a expensive lesson learned. This place is a scam. They only have email addresses on the website, and no customer service number. It also doesn't say anything on the website about not allowing for cancellations and refunds.

Pass4sure had the right test questions, the exact same ones word for word, that Avaya gave me in the ACIS class, but they had more than ten answers that were wrong according to the Avaya instructor. I verified with my instructor and then I provided Avaya with the correct answers and correspondence between Avaya and myself and they did nothing about their wrong answers. I asked for a refund because they clearly provided me with a defective product and they refused to refund my money. I would NOT use this company for your studying needs based on my experience and their lack of integrity.

scammers be aware
the charge my bank card towice for the same exam. they agree to refund and after few days they stop responding to my emails. i have envolved bank to get my money back. there are much cheaper and beter quality available which i found after i was hit by these scammers. they shouldnt be allowed for online scams and fraud.

Pass4sure has really let it self go. In 2009 I use Pass4sure for my A+ test that I toke with Pearson vue. Which I end
up passing.
At the time, Pass4sure Materials where (Reverent) to the actual test that Pearson Vue had.
That's what made me, over look all the (Negative) reviews. I learn my lesson, majorly!!! After
buying FC0-U61 study materials from Pass4sure and studying it for about 2 months time. Hitting a
scores around 95 with Pass4sure practice test. I felt ready for the actual test with Pearson Vue.
During the real test for FC0-U61 IT Fundamental test with Pearson Vue. I started to notice, with
the first few questions then through the hole test there was NOTE: (NOTHING RELEVANT!!!) This was a shocker for me.
From what I have study with Pass4sure has set me up for failure with months of studying down the drain along with my
money that Pass4sure is enjoying......
Now, what I'm about to write next. Is noting but a headache from Pass4sure that I was not expecting in their emails.
1. They set me up for (Failure!!!)
2. Pass4sure did not own up to their mistake.
3. "Sorry" is not in any way shape or form of an apologie!
4. To cover-up their errors, I was offer "2 free courses." (Which I did not except) due to.
How in the world do they expect for me to trust their product after what I gone through and for what?
To be set-up for failure agian!!!
Pass4sure, is just collecting $$$$$. While others get (RIP OFF!!!)
After all my time and effort of two months of studding. To be set-up for failure. Really disappointing
and a shameful towards Pass4sure.
I wish the Reviews had an option so I can load up pictures. So I could show my scores of around 95
that I was hitting with Pass4sure practice exams. As well, posting up my score of the actual Pearson
Vue test I think I got something around 460. when your supped to get somewhere around 650. NOTE: Again,
there was noting (RELEVANT) on the pass4sure practice materials for the actual test that Pearson vue has for
FC0-U61 IT Fundamental test.
