We ordered two leather EA117 office chairs, they were slightly different colours to each other, Teresa sorted this quickly and with no hesitation. Such a great service. The two chairs are really great and good quality for the price.

I shopped around for some kitchen chairs and found just what we needed on your website. Being rather sceptical I phoned to check with you, you confirmed you had them in stock and could ship same or next day. You helped complete the order and took payment over the phone (Thursday) and guaranteed delivery by following Monday - it was delivered on Saturday, and the delivered goods met all our expectations at a bargain price. Will definitely look your site up again when we need something. After having heard horror stories of companies promising all kind of things, but not delivering on promises. You DELIVERED and thank you for that.

Very pleased with service and products.
Did quite a lot of shopping around for a certain chair and footstool. Pash was not the cheapest, but was in UK, sent samples and people on the phone were pleasant. We had a couple of issues with the product, which was disappointing given the above, but they were able to sort it out, to the extent that we were happy to buy more from them, and would be happy to return.

Excellent experience with Pash Classics. Chairs delivered quickly with clear communication. When I wanted to exchange 2 chairs for different colours spoke to customer services who arranged an exchange/delivery a few days later.

I had a great experience with this company, I got the chairs on a pre-order and was told they were going to be substantially delayed from the original date. I explained that I really needed them in time for Xmas and the team pulled together to allocate me some of the remaining stock, I got the chairs that same week! They were really well packaged and the quality of the chairs were amazing! Thank you Leoni and the manager :-) I would highly recommend this company

After much research of various companies I chose Pash Classics for my replica 1956 Eames lounge chair and Pash did not dissapoint. A good and very well packaged delivery with no damages and relevant transit tracking along the way. I am delighted with my Eames lounge chair and ottoman, the build quality and finish are excellent. I am now considering the Eames office chair in tan leather.

I have wanted one of these for a long time. I looked around and some other companies were cheaper but be warned, you have to build most of these up yourself. Not with Pash Classics though. One big box and fully assembled. Super fast delivery and really helpful with getting it through the door. Also, they took all the packaging away too! I can highly recommend Pash and will definitely use them again.

Ordered a chair from this company as I am now working from home and needed new office chair.The item actually arrived earlier then expected and was perfect. I bought a dining table from them, it has a manufacturing flaw occured which the warranty should covers.

They have changed the warranty terms and says it does not cover outside of Great Britain after understanding it’s a manufacturing flaw.

It’s not any accidental damage, clearly that it’s a manufacturing flaw.

I don’t suggest anyone to buy from them. The worst costumer service I ever have experienced.

Great company with quality products. Bought an Eames recliner. When there was a mix up with the colour it was quickly sorted out. I particularly commend the customer service. Great communication prior to purchase which is why I chose them over competitors. Becky, Leoni and others very helpful.
