Ridiculous website to try and sell items

It's taken one week of multiple attempts to receive a verification SMS so I can open an account.

Now I finally have an account, I've listed multiple items for sale but keep getting "Ad Refused - For more information, please contact us at 04 28 31 26 74".

There is no reason why an advert for a vehicle starter motor should be refused.
