The part arrived [a lock and barrel for ford focus 2011] and was missing a small plastic fitting so garage couldnt fit it!!! waste of my time. It wont pass its MOT until I get this. I spoke to them yesterday and they said they would send this small piece asap..It hasnt arrived in the post today!! Im really livid and means i cannot get to a friends art show as a transport strike is on. I want to return it but I would need to phone them now and on delivery you must state its damaged??? DPD delivered so the guy said he only takes a photo of delivery being recieved thats all..ALSO i read you have 48hrs to return it.....no good to me...Greatly overpriced {it was a whopping £59.99!!!!+£7.99 delivery... because these parts are so said to be hard to find as ford only made these locks for couple years}
Should`ve bought from Ebay...BIG mistake!! Thought wouldnt fit my model and sellers took over a day to reply and i wanted the car to use..on Ebay they sell these for as little as £15....£20.
I wont be using this website ever again....Ebay is much better as purchased a passenger door last year for crash repair and was perfect! At least on Ebay you are guarenteed a money back and easier return..

spoken to the seller 12 times chasing this they are very rude and unhelpful on the 28th they said it would be delivered then on the 1st i called abd they said carrier had selivered to the wrong address not anywhere in my area. on the 2nd i called and they said carrier would deliver the 3rd so many excuses and in this time i have had the customers car sitting on the ramp stripped down waiting for this repair they are lucky im only requesting the refund for the part and delivery and not the time & money i have lost out for the car being sat on the ramp
