Absolutely five star service. Badly damaged rug inherited from my mother. I was devastated to find a tear and moth damage. Arash communicated well and sent a video of the damage and talked me through what could be done to repair it. It took a little while, but the outcome was well worth the wait. After another video to show the finished result the rug was returned to me in perfect condition. Beautiful invisible repair and spotlessly clean rug. I could not be more delighted. Thank you to everyone involved.

We have used Pars Gallery over a number of years for the cleaning and repairing of a variety of handwoven, oriental rugs and have found the service given to be consistently good. Arash is both knowledgeable and helpful.

My initial contact with Pars Rugs was helpful and efficient in getting a quote sent to me by email for the cleaning of my rug and on accepting the quote it was collected by DHL within a few days.
The company sent me before and after photos of the cleaning which were very helpful and reassuring. Arash advised a repair was needed and his team worked quickly to get the work completed before we moved house.
I cannot thank Arash and his skilled workforce enough for returning my rug to me in nearly new condition.

After a lot of research, we sent our antique Caucasian Kazak to be cleaned and repaired by Pars Rug Gallery and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result! We were a bit hesitant about the restoration work needed in case we lost the character of the rug, but we're delighted with the outcome. Dropped in my Na’een rug for a clean. Told it would take 3 weeks. After 5 weeks no sign. Didn’t reply to emails or answer phone messages. Repeated visits to Romsey Branch elicited ‘coming soon’. Owner promised to take personal charge and ring me with an update. He didn’t. After nine weeks I had to threaten legal action to get my rug back. Begrudgingly they returned it .. not even cleaned. Utterly hopeless and thoroughly unprofessional. I would never entrust this company with work again.

Arash and his team have done a great job cleaning and repairing our rug which had been chewed by our Labrador puppy…. Not cheap but worth it as it looks beautiful now and fully restored. Now to keep the dog away..

Arash is incredibly knowledgeable regarding rugs which contributed to my decision to appoint Pars to repair numerous expensive rugs. His team have done a fantastic job in carefully replacing the tassels and repairing some damaged areas. I recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

We have a much treasured rug that was looking very sad. After a good bit of researching both word of mouth and internet, we decided to ask Pars Rug to give an assessment and gave the go ahead for a thorough cleaning and edge repair. Arash kept us informed with pictures and videos. Whilst a little concerned as to whether it was worth it, the end result is a resounding YES.
The Pars team has worked wonders and breathed now life into the rug.

The vacuum had made a mess of the border of a Turkish rug, not ancient but bought on a memorable holiday. The result Arash and his team have achieved is spectacular. Our guilt over the abuse it has suffered over the years is now redeemed and we can tread with confidence that it can be passed on the next generation without shame!

This guy, Arash, is a charmer, British educated, honest and very professional. My old Bukhara about 150 years old was in poor condition and is today remarkably and beautifully restored.

an outstanding service from Pars rugs and Mr Asash in particular, who has simply gone to great length to advise us and make sound and affordable recommendations, they have restored a very large hand knotted Persia rug, left to us as pert a legacy, it as very, very dirty and had been damaged by moths which has been addressed and colour restored.
