I ordered a teardrop shaped arrangement for my aunt's funeral. What was delivered was a more or less round blob with a few long stemmed flowers sticking out of the end. Nowhere near a smooth teardrop shape shown on their website images! It looked as though the florist had started the arrangement and then got fed up and just left it unfinished. I'm very disappointed with the flowers, but they at least looked fresh, were the right colours, and arrived as requested but I suppose I should be able to expect that for £65 plus delivery. Unfortunately, you don't get a second chance to put right funeral flowers. I would not recommend Parsley and Sage.

This arrangement cost me £47 mainly chrissy. Pretty colours but devo by the cheap flowers selected. They did offer to refund if I take them back, I live over an hour away as they were for my friend so asked for a partial refund instead but they wouldn't. Almost £50 is a lot of money for mainly crissy im really upset as an ex florist but they insist the price is reflective. Sound like nice people tbf I just dont think it was anywhere near worth what I paid. Hey ho. Honestly review.

Great flowers for Valentine’s Day.

I ordered flowers through Inter-flora, as I was sending these to a family member from over seas. When the flowers didn’t show up at the expected time, I called the local florist, which was Parsley & Sage.

I was told by an employee that all orders were delivered and the driver had gone home for the day. They insisted the flowers were delivered. I explained they were not. We even went as far as asking neighbours.

Finally, the florist said we will be sending flowers, and did it almost immediately, and was going to deliver them right then. This made me think that they were either missed or were never intending to send the flowers.

The flowers were beautiful once delivered and they did correct the miss. Though the card was missing, and the chaos around the delivery was frustrating, especially since I’m not local.

Hi JUST like to day a BIG thank you for the flowers I ordered with chocs and a balloon: I ordered for Friday but my daughter and new grandson had go stay in hospital, I had my date changed with no problem at all- the flowers were amazing . Thank you. Debbie Morrey.

I regret that I used Parsley and Sage for my wedding, as the flowers were not what I asked for at all. I made it clear through meetings leading up to the wedding and a google drive of photos what I wanted and instead I received flowers that were nothing like. I asked for a very light pink that was almost white in our bouquets. Instead I received bright pink. (Photos to show)
The rest of the flowers should have been white but I received bright pink in the top table vases, cake flowers and the thank you bouquets.
The flower girl wands came with blue ribbon instead of sage which I had to cut the morning of my wedding.

Unfortunately, not only were the products not what I asked for but the communication has been poor. Throughout dealing with Parsley and Sage I felt it was disorganised and I frequently had to follow up on emails that I hadn't received a response to which was extremely stressful whilst planning a wedding. After I raised my concerns around the incorrect flowers from my wedding day via email, I waited almost a month for a response to which the reply was defensive, dismissive and didn't provide a sincere apology, explanation as to how it happened or acceptable resolution.

I'm sad that I'm having to write a bad review for something associated with my wedding. It has completely overshadowed our day!
I hope this review can help another couple to choose more wisely when picking a wedding florist!

Thanks for doing a great job on the funeral flowers for our family. They were perfect and we were proud to have them at the send off. Thanks again.

Beautiful flowers but the service and girl on the phone was the best bit. Thanks, mum loved the flowers
