Fraud
Parked with them one time a couple of years back. Don't have the app anymore, but still they charged my creditcard DKK 300 last night as they have changed their business model into advance payment. No acceptance from me in advance, so a highly unlegal action from their side.

Do not use this App!!! They have withdrawn money in an upgrade to their App today? I do not have a car and used this app 2 years ago- so imagine my frustration?! This must be highly illegal. I have spent the morning with my bank cancelling my current card to ensure they are unable to withdraw any further money from me. I have now contacted them and will get my money back and also asked for ALL my details to be removed ASAP. Not a good experience at all- a bit scary even. Nice man in customer services today though I am sure they are not having a good day there today.

Unresponsive.
After 2 days of writing to Park Park to resolve a problem with a check out I still have no response. Meanwhile I continue to receive harassing text messages saying that I am still parked and will be charged. Terrible service. Unresponsive.

I only use PARKPARK
I only use PARKPARK. It gives the clearest overview of the city zones and prices. Not the fancy UI but the brightest information design.

Not recommendable!
The system crashes at park start, and you are not able to see if the parking was registred or not, and you are not able to stop it later either, not even in a browser login (the latest parking has now run for 14 days).
Company just draws the money from your account.
Company does not answer emails.

worth to use
The app is very easy and intuitive so it is worth to use.
Once I had a minor issue regarding cost, but the customer service gave an acceptable explanation and solution even though it was not that prompt.

Not a trustworthy company.
I was approached on a park in lot about this app, and they told about an offer. After getting my credit card number, I realized I didn't get any offer and two weeks after they overcharged me, and when I called to complain, they told me they were charging me for future charges and I was never informed they charge for future charges. Simple a not trustworthy company. I would love if this was a serious app, but I don't like when people have my credit card number and make charges without my consent.

App is difficult to use
When using the 'Car' on the app I wasn't sure if I was checked in or out. One time I checked out but it didn't work and then found out many hours later that I was still paying for parking which was annoying. The app is not responsive enough and should give the user more confirmations to let them know what their status is
