Not a good experience
Upon arrival, it was very difficult to arrange a minibus to take me from the airport to the parking area where my car was parked. First, the call center was only available in Spanish, with no English option. In addition, the person on the phone disconnected the call several times. In the end, I had to call a taxi to get to the parking.

Frustrating
Frustrating - when I called the number no one spoke English.
Also there was not a WhatsApp number available.
Took much longer than expected to drop off and get back car.
Other than that, the device was excellent.

We regret that your parking experience booked via our website was not fully satisfactory due to the waiting times and communication difficulties. We understand that it is very inconvenient when a driver is difficult to recognize and only speaks the local language. When choosing a Spanish parking provider, it can indeed be a challenge if no English is spoken on-site. What you can do for next time is look up a few standard questions in the language of the country you are visiting.
Parkos allows you to compare and book parking spaces around airports, but we do not provide the parking service ourselves. This is done by the parking partners we collaborate with. To file a formal complaint regarding the on-site service, it is best to contact the parking facility directly. You can find their contact details in the confirmation email. They will be able to assist you further with your feedback regarding their staff and waiting times.
However, we are pleased to hear that the service was otherwise excellent.

Good service but car returned dirty.
The valet service worked really well and the price was cheap, but it's unprofessional that they returned the car dirty (mud marks) after I gave it to them clean. No idea where they parked it.

I would honestly give 0 stars if I…
I would honestly give 0 stars if I could, it started off well when we left the car and handed the key to the worker. When we got back from our trip the bottom of the car was completely damaged, we asked for help from the people who handed out car back at the airport, they didn't help at all, they gave us some email and a phone number who we never even got an answer back. The service was horrible, we are never using this service again and we will find a way to complain about. We don't recommend this at all they didn't take any accountability for what they did and left us stranded in a different country when we were trying to get home.
