Great caravan holidays
We tend to use the smaller countryside sites and have always had a great caravan, a great site and loved the weekend or week whichever we are spending on our holiday.
Tried all of the big companies and Park are the company of choice

We love park leisure and this is our 4th time staying with them. Great caravans and value for money
Brynteg holiday park
Brynteg holiday park. Second time we have booked there and it’s been amazing. The park is so quiet staff are so helpful and the caravans are lovely. We will be back next year for sure.

If you want to lose all your cash then buy a caravan here!
Sell at inflated prices, will NEVER buy yours back, you will only get out by selling to a trader for about 5k, site fees ALWAYS go up. They ALWAYS offer incentives such as free or fixed pitch fees which you will never be able to compete with. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, HOPEFULLY THE LAW WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU,!
I want to share my experience with Lark…
I want to share my experience with Lark Leisure Homes to warn other buyers.
At the end of 2022, I paid €35,590.50 in full for a Tiny House. The house was never delivered. Later it turned out that it did not meet certain Belgian regulations, so we agreed to cancel the purchase. The company told me they would sell the Tiny House to another buyer and that afterwards I could order a new one.
However, when they sent a new quotation, the price was almost three times higher than what I originally paid, which was never what we agreed during our discussions.
Since then, my money has not been returned. My Belgian lawyer has sent a formal letter requesting repayment, but the company does not answer emails, phone calls, or any communication.
I hope the company will finally respond and resolve this situation.
Never going back to Waterside Holiday Park
We have just came back from our 4 night break to Park Leisure Paignton.. we hired a gold plus caravan at a location we assumed would be child friendly. Found out 4 days before our stay that the Park has no entertainment for the children. Swimming is allowed for 50 minutes booked at 9am or 3pm.. I wasn't going to go but decided to give it a try... wish we hadn't.. granddaughter allergic to dogs.. our caravan was supposed to be no pets... yet dog biscuits left on the floor in the dining area and dog hair visible on the mat.. this made my granddaughters have a lot of irritation to this.. for such a new luxurious accommodation we found many issues. 1 window lock was jammed.. the shower was falling off. Lots of items dumped behind the accommodation although someone removed some on Tuesday rubbish was still there until at least our departure today (friday). We was also horrified to see lots of screws on the floor. If one of the girls had fallen on these it would have hurt. Will I go back there? No! Would i recommend there? No! Would i like my money back... Yes. The only good time we had during our stay in Devon was when we was out and about..

Malvern view holiday park
We are now on our second holiday home at Malvern Hills holiday park and we are so happy with the purchase, the site is clean and kept in good order, friendly staff (especially Steve & Martyn)
Obviously you can buy some sites sell the same vans cheaper or near the coasts, but we like the Malvern area and those that go, always feel relaxed and stress free, people have to remember this is a 12month site and for us we feel it’s great value.
Sure in the winter time the bar (which is the only focal point on the site) is sporadic with opening times, but we don’t spend every minute in there
Security in our opinion could be improved, but there’s not really any issues of theft or damage, the owners tend to look out for one another and report any suspicious activity
We personally, based on our experience would recommend the site and definitely recommend it to leave the stresses of every day life behind you, and remember being a 12 month site, you can go to suit yourself all year round
Booked a platinum caravan with decking…
Booked a platinum caravan with decking and outside furniture. Easter break week. Arrived with early check-in, on arrival no towels for shower or hand towels. I was told they only do towels for lodges now and they sent me an email to say so. I never received such an email. Cleaning staff were great and supplied towels for us but I wouldn't have used them on my dog. However, cleaning staff sent a bottle of prosecco to say their apologies. Nice gesture. Our bed on arrival had one clean pillow slip and nothing on second pillow no pillow case. My partner and I went out next day and bought bath towels and it's just as well we took our own feather pillows down with us as theirs was a joke. Other than that, the caravan was lovely. Stayed there before that's why we requested the same caravan. However, things changed since we were there last time. If you want a specific caravan, make sure it is what you really want and what you end up getting.
Lindsay from reception, has a non customer service to guests, was rather offish to me about the number of caravan I had requested, told me it was allocated to someone else. I asked for it at the time of booking ages away. However, Vicky had helped correct it and we did eventually end up with the van we asked for. Phew! Lindsay also was rude to me and my partner when I went to ask for an update on the TV not working in the bedroom. We had 2 days of disruption regarding the TV and the maintenance man Andy and Phil were brilliant. I think park leisure need to ascertain how well their staff or a particular member of staff are with paying guests. Lindsay needs to go on a customer service course deffo.
I've cancelled my August booking as 8 don't want the hassle I had this time round again in August. It's not a holiday then is it park leisure? I pay enough money for my holiday I should be able to get what I book. Despite me e having a dog. I don't live in squaller I don't want to holiday in it either.
Stayed in retallick Newquay they provide bath robes as well as towels. What is wrong with park leisure lately. Been coming here for 15years.
Caravan name different to manufacturers name .
We bought a Willerby Lamberhurst- or so we thought .
The name on the caravan and invoice said Willerby Lamberhurst - on the chassis and Willerby paperwork it’s a - Willerby Manor .
No one from Park leisure will answer the question , also have asked numerous times for their complaints Procedure- Nothing.
We tell people not to buy or trust Park Leisure , I think Del Boy is more professional.
Shaun in Sales and James in customer admin have been great
Just spent 3 nights down on Oyster Bay, Perranporth while we bought our new holiday home.
We met Shaun 1st week in May while we were in Cornwall for a weeks holiday. Four weeks later we found a holiday home and Pitch which we liked.
Eight weeks after meeting Shaun we have just bought our holiday home for the next 30 years.
Decking will be installed 5 days and we move in in 10 days time.
Shaun & James have both looked after us this week while we have been on site.finalising things.
Looking forward to lots of years of Great family holidays in Cornwall.
Very happy with Oyster Bay and Park Leisure service.
Would Recommend.

5 star experience
Spent a week at par beach
Super clean modern caravan.
Smart , clean and tidy site minutes from the beach , pubs and shops.
Close to major attractions.

Do not touch this company or the McCarthy family. They lie and steal, you will lose a whole life of savings in a year. Look at Panorama what they are doing is illegal! Don't waste your money or dreams. Most site staff are also thieves. Look elsewhere.
Never book with Parkleisure
Parkleisure requested us, as owners of a caravan being rented out to holiday makers, to pay for the cleaning after every customer. This is absolutely normal and we agreed. We were informed that if we wanted to use our caravan we had to book the caravan as a holiday maker and also pay for the cleaning before and after our stay. Again, this sounded absolutely reasonable. Every time we booked our own caravan there was something with the cleaning. The last time, they left all the bedding on the table with a note: 'please let us know if you need anything else'. Seriously?! So we're paying for cleaning which we need to do ourselves? After indicating that this is unacceptable, we were told that they were probably busy............so they just leave a note for you to do it youself????
We moved our caravan away from Parkleisure and want nothing to do with them ever again. We're only writing this review to warn other customers/owners.
Stayed at Littondale park in the Yorkshire Dales
Stayed at Littondale park in the Yorkshire dales last weekend . Our first time in a glamping pod.
It was well equipped and very clean . Emily that works at the site could not have been more welcoming . She showed us around the site . Pointed out a beautiful walk towards the back of the park, which I have to say was stunning . The Park it’s self was pristine. All the grounds were well looked after. Rhea , our border terrier had the time of her life playing with a Rottweiler she met in the secure dog field .
Bad Customer Service
This is a lovely site and area, but they just don’t give a damn about their customers on the site. The bar and restaurant area is cashless. This shows a total disregard for those who use cash to budget. I personally never take cards when I go out for drinks or a meal, so I won’t be back. When people comment on this on their Facebook page, the comments are removed. Again, this shows total disregard for the customer.my family won’t return - there are plenty of other places where customers are more valued.
Malvern View Country & Leisure Park
We stayed at the Park for a long weekend. We were allocated an "Elegance 2 Bedroom With Deck" by the friendly reception.
The cabin gave us ample accommodation for 3 adults and 2 infant children.
It was in such immaculate condition, we thought it must be unused! The fixtures and fittings in the open plan lounge dining area included Microwave, Grill, Gas Oven and Hob, a Washing Machine and even a Dishwasher. Kitchen/ dining equipment were fully catered for.
We were kept warm by radiator central heating powered by a combination boiler with adjustable temperature and timing controls. There was also a cosy log effect electric fan controlled fire in the lounge area. A full length patio doors led out to a large deck area for sunny days.
The furnishings were very comfortable and spotless. One of the large couches in the room was a double bed-settee.
The large main bedroom had its own en-suite shower/toilet and wash hand basin.
The other large double bedroom had the use of a large shower room/toilet and wash hand basin.
All the beds were comfortable with ample bedding and towels.
There was a driveway for two cars right next to the steps.
The attractive grounds were very well maintained and there is a well equipped children's play area.
The red deer herd with a white hart stag is a bonus and there are a few interesting fishing lakes too.
We had a good family stay.

We visited family at amble links over the weekend.
We went to the Old Storehouse for food as a family of two adults and two children. We can honestly say the food was absolutely gorgeous. We used the swimming facilities, they were very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The park itself is very clean and well kept, the children’s is park is well equipped with things to keep the children busy.
Fabulous holiday park
Beautiful site which was peaceful and quiet. It was a joy to walk around with the dog in the evenings. It was lovely to feed the deer who came up to the fence to see you.
The cottage was a very roomy and had everything we needed for the week. There was a lovely garden out the back where we could sit and watch the rabbits play.
The staff were all extremely helpful.
We had a fabulous relaxing week there.
Lovely quiet site which has just been…
Lovely quiet site which has just been landscaped to a high standard. A big plus was seeing the herd of deer in the morning that came within a few feet of the fence.
The caravan was first class and we were very lucky as we were the first customers to use it! The caravan was lovely and we couldn’t fault anything about it. It was lovely sitting on the decking during the day.
The staff were very friendly and happy to help and advise of places to go.
The walks around the site were very good and the Malvern Hills were a few miles away but easily accessible by car.
We found pubs and shops in the area welcomed dogs too which made by our holiday so much more relaxing.
