Disaster with this company. I paid them €4000 almost 2 months ago. No product received, they say delivery company couldn’t get hold of me which is not true. I ask for a refund and they say the product has been delivered. Try to call them and the phone rings for 20 mins before they hang up on you. Avoid at all costs, seems to be a scam.

Awful experience. I needed something urgently and I was promised a 2 week delivery on purchasing that turned into 2 months, and still counting. The Customer Service did not warn me at all, I had to ask an update. They show no remorse and are not helpful whatsoever. AVOID !

I imported Wicanders cork flooring from Parkettkaiser as there were no suppliers locally. I found their service excellent, great communication throughout the process, great product range, good prices. Floor looks great. A special thank you to Navjot. Highly recommended!

The prices and product are good, but if you need to get a customer service to have a proper invoice and ask for intra comunitarian VAT, you will never get answers... Very dispointed with the customer service!!

Very happy of this reseller.
80 square meters of parquet ordered online after a first step of reception of samples to make a choice between different colors.
Shipment was fast, packing of the parquet was very well done and secured so I had no broken parquet floor planks during shipment.
Product conform to description, good and constant quality (no broken or twisted clips).

I have done 4 rooms using Parkett Kaiser, and a Garden House. They have such a wide variety to choose from, and the products are of great quality. I am pleased with the look and durability of the floor, especially in our high traffic rooms.
I was Happy to get fast responses when requesting a Persönlich Angebot, and for additional questions about the flooring products, bzw Dämmunterlage, Pflege. Customer Service is SUPER! Excellent Communication regarding deliveries. Very fast and customer oriented company that met all our flooring needs, can 100% recommend!

This is company ripped me off.
they wanted 150 EUR for shipping to Norway.
Then when the packet did arrive to Norway, their shipping agent charge me 125 EUR + Norwegian taxes for handling shipping.Now i have to pay dobbel shipping or lose every thing.
Update, been mailing width Parkettkaiser. Now they are lying to me, and tell me that ekstra cost is do to wrong shipping name, when the shipping agent tell me its not so. I have to pay extras 125 Eur in fee from shipping company,since Parkettkaiser din't pay for it.

They took their time telling me they didn’t actually have stock, after accepting my order. I cancelled because the order wasn’t going to arrive in time for the job, and a month later I’m still waiting for the promised refund. All they’ve sent is an invoice asking for me to pay, despite me having already paid and then cancelled the order.

No one replies to emails, and phoning them just gets a promise to call back that never comes. Waiting and hoping they eventually refund my money seems to be my only option.

I’d advise against using them unless you’ve got endless time to wait for the delivery.

Purchased some flooring from this company on the 11th December as it showed in stock and with a 2-4 day delivery from (to the UK), and was hoping to get it installed before Christmas. Delivery cost £60.

On the 14th I got an email saying my order had been accepted! On the 17th I hadn't received any further information so went on their live chat.

I was then told "We can't find your floor in stock right now. My colleague is already working on it. Can I contact you later via email? You will receive the goods by 7 January at the latest."

I then went to the product page where it clearly states "Article is on stock and dispatched within 24 h (Delivery within ca. 2-4 working days) - "Choose your own delivery date" available."

I pointed this out to them and they stated "As I said, we can't find the inventory right now. The problem is well known, we are working on it."

Stay away!

I asked for my order to be cancelled and a refund provided. When I then asked for how long it will take I got the response "As soon as possible".

I bought a floor on the premise (many times stated) that it was going to be delivered in max 1.5 week, 3 weeks later the floor hasn't arrived yet and nobody at the customer service was able to give me details.

I had to cancel all contractors for the work at my house and stop all renovation works, not knowing when they'll be available again.

I have asked a refund which has eventually arrived in full.

My final opinion is that this could be a serious company with excellent products but they definitely have to change the shipping company and make the whole shipping process trackable and more transparent for the client.
