Fraud. Their app shows parking areas as if they control them — but they don’t. I even sent them screenshots from their own app proving the spot belongs to another company, and they still refused to acknowledge it. Instead of fixing the issue or giving a refund, they blamed me for trusting the information in their system. The customer service attitude was dismissive, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. In my experience, this is a company that can’t be trusted, misleads users with inaccurate information, and refuses to take responsibility when caught. My advice: avoid them at all costs.

I had the same problem as other people have reported here. A parking simply vanishes and there is no comprehension when communicating with "Göteborg parkering". It is like they do not understand the technology they bought.
