How annoying that this has happened. We see that the package was delayed at the carrier. Unfortunately we have no influence on this. Then the package was not picked up and the package is returned to us. We will have the package return processed as soon as the package reaches us. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Lack of Customer Support?
My order was fine, but I never received a response to an email I sent to them. Also, the samples they mention providing were missing from my order. It didn’t bother me much, but I’m just pointing it out for anyone interested.
