The blushes I ordered arrived looking used or like they were old, possibly old testers from a shop sent out and the free sample you could select at checkout didn’t turn up. I tried to contact them multiple times, it was hard to get a response. They did eventually give me a refund though.

Prices and delivery was really great. But I chose which extra free stuff to pick and never received anything in addition. It's a little like false advertising - maybe better remove the option for free samples so people like me don't get disappointed when they receive their orders.
