So this company no longer seems to exist. I paid and was then taken to mSpy. I then had an email saying that mSpy had practically bought out Parentaler.

MSpy Takes over after payment... You don't get all the features that were promised unless you pay for their extreme plan. Horrible service!

It's a trap. It's the same mSpy scam company. So, you've been warned!!!

As with others on here. This is not a clear genuine company. You are not buying Parentaler you are buying Mspy which does not deliver the same product as advertised. Clicked to pay monthly and they have taken the full year amount also I never signed up for the extras but they have taken the money out for that as well £140+ wasted. Asked for a Reta d all they do is offer 3 months extra. It’s not even the correct app I paid for. Do not buy from them it’s an absolute con.

The company is a fraud. Took 125 pounds from my family member and did not provide any good service but directs you to mspy.

Signed up for parentaler you end up with mspy.

If I wanted mspy with a shocking trustpilot review record id of gone with them.

Why take the money and then tell people your infact now mspy.

Its a con.

Give people their hard earned money back and do the right thing if your not giving people what they have signed up for.

Signed up for monthly billing of this app. Upon purchase we were notified it was now MySpy. They do not offer the social media monitoring we had selected them for & they charged us for 3 months rather than 1. My husband contacted them immediately and asked for a refund and after multiple back and forths with them we have been told they do not issue refunds unless it's a technical issue. Apparently stating you monitor something you don't actually monitor isn't a "technical issue" just a lie.

Being able to view photos and videos has been incredibly helpful. I can see exactly what my son is recording and what kind of content he’s receiving on his phone.

Teenagers can be impulsive and make risky choices. Parentaler gives me the safety net I didn’t know I needed — like an insurance policy for parenting.

I love the app's ability to block access to certain apps and websites. It helps me keep my child focused and away from distractions.

Scam. Has processed my card information and taken payment without setting anything up. TrustPilot need to do a bit more due diligence about what is going on here.
