I placed my order in December 2025 to ship personal belongings from Turkey to Portugal. It is now mid-March 2026 and my boxes are still sitting in a warehouse.
The timeline speaks for itself: first pickup refused due to a drone (no battery, declared in customs invoice). Then weeks of silence, then requests for 7 separate invoices, then more silence, then Portuguese customs requested documents which ParcelABC failed to provide. Then on March 10th, agent Shania sent a message saying some items are prohibited — but failed to attach the photo twice. When the photo finally came through, the “prohibited” items turned out to be HDDs, two phones without batteries, old documents and bank cards — none of which appear on the prohibited items list I agreed to.
Since March 11th I have sent 11 messages. Zero replies.
My belongings are physically in your facility. I am paying storage costs every month because of these delays. I need a response explaining the legal basis for each prohibited item, and a clear plan to either ship the remaining boxes or return everything.

Update May 1:
Update to my March 2026 review on order TRPT-996636800 (and the related TRPT-663647064).
After 4 months from the original order, the goods are physically back at the warehouse in Turkey where they were originally picked up. I was informed of this on 24 April 2026 — by the warehouse staff. ParcelABC have not notified me of the return themselves. I am still in Lisbon. The original contracted route — Turkey to Portugal — was never fulfilled.
What happened in the weeks after the original review:
The goods were eventually collected from the sender on or around 13 February 2026, after weeks of additional requirements that are not part of ParcelABC's published Terms & Conditions.
On 25 March 2026, ParcelABC stated the items were "currently being returned to the sender" with daily monitoring promised. No tracking number was ever provided.
On 30 March 2026, ParcelABC required USD 52 from me to cover the return shipment. I paid this on 9 April 2026.
From 9 to 24 April 2026 — 15 consecutive days — there was no substantive response on the ticket despite repeated follow-ups. On 21 April I sent a formal complaint with a 7-day resolution deadline.
On 24 April, Shania finally responded, attributing the silence to my messages "not coming through correctly." That is not consistent with the Zendesk record: every message has a receipt ID and was acknowledged.
On the same day, I learned from the Turkey warehouse — not from ParcelABC — that the goods had arrived back.
What is still unresolved:
The shipping fee of EUR 655.18 paid on 4 December 2025 has not been refunded to my card. ParcelABC issued a "credit note" in December 2025 stating the funds were "refunded to the same account that you used to pay." The funds were in fact moved into ParcelABC's internal e-wallet, not returned to the card; my December 2025 card statement confirms no credit. That money is still with ParcelABC for a service that was never performed.
Inventory of the returned goods is in progress. It is too early to confirm whether all items are present and undamaged.
ParcelABC has issued no written accounting of how the USD 52 return-shipping fee was applied — to which carrier, on which date, for what service.

I will update again once inventory is complete and the financial side is resolved — in either direction.

I had two boxes collected outside Lucerne in dec /jan one arrived at me in Portugal , the other went missing . It had been a dismal exercise since then, agate and her apparent legal have not done a single thing to resolve this , 60 plus Emails and nothing resolved. Do not use these people
