Delivered but not to a safe/secure location

Parcel was delivered on time and intact, BUT it was left on my doorstep, I live in a old terrace property and the door opens straight onto the street.. althought the courier took a photo of the delivery.. anyone walking by could of picked my shipment up and walked away with it.. please feel free to check this.

Delivery instructions ignored…

Delivery instructions completely ignored and left out in the open unsecured, company should allow for delivery instructions to be entered manually rather than just preset options that aren’t always applicable.

The order was left outside on my…

The order was left outside on my decking and had it not been for my neighbour, I would not have been aware the delivery had been made.
I was at home all day and the courier did not ring the door bell or knock on the doors - side of the house or the back door near to where the package was dropped.
