I had a contract Extention / renewal, which my client had to chase for several weeks but was told there was a backlog, so delay.
The delay was because of an intermediary and not parasol.

I've recently joined Parasol, and I must say they've made the entire onboarding process seamless. I was set up very quickly, and given all the relevant information. The team is very responsive. No question is too small, and they're always willing to help. Georgia from the pensions department has been very supportive, helping me navigate on how to set up my pension with Parasol. I will highly recommend Parsasol to anyone looking for an umbrella company.

Parasol have been a great help in beginning my contractor role, onboarding was straightforward and staff are friendly, especially Melissa, whose assistance throughout the process has been great. Whenever I’ve had a question either via phone or email she has responded very quickly, with clear concise explanations and great customer service that helped cleared up any grey areas.
