I paid an additional $300 for disassembly and reassembly services, yet only one bed was assembled upon delivery. Several furniture items were left completely unassembled, forcing me to assemble them myself after a long interstate move. Some of my belongings were also damaged during the move. I contacted the company immediately after delivery, provided photos, and explained the issues, but received no response to my messages or calls. Charging customers for a service and then failing to provide it, while ignoring follow-up communication, is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
