I do not recommend this provider.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before booking training with this provider. My experience felt unnecessarily stressful for what is advertised as an entry-level course.

After attending both days and narrowly missing the pass mark by a small margin, the feedback I later became aware of was sent directly to my employer and stated that I “didn’t seem interested” and had done “no pre-work.” This made it sound as though I had not tried or was disengaged, which I strongly disagree with, as I attended in full and made a genuine effort to pass.

Rather than focusing on constructive guidance and support for improvement, the emphasis felt more on pass rates than on helping learners develop and succeed at an entry level. This approach created unnecessary pressure and anxiety instead of a positive learning environment.

I do not recommend this provider.
