Horrible horrible customer service. I have been a repeat customer ordering a consistent size and received a product in the usual size I order that measured a full inch and a half larger than the other items I owned (waist measurement). Their Customer Service team literally blamed me for ordering the wrong size despite owning numerous items in that same size.

This company can send a RIDICULOUS amount of free product to Social Media influencers but don't care about standing by the quality or consistency of their products or helping a repeat paying customer. I will not be purchasing again.

If you are Canadian, do not buy.
The company charges you a fortune for shipping and then, they don't have it set up to cross the border and then you have to also pay a fortune for import fees. I do not recommend.

on the one hand their recstretch original sculpstream booty shorts are some of my absolute favs. really flattering and comfy. however, they have issues with other things.
The Reluna Icon shorts are completely see through. I have seamless underwear that work with every other pair of shorts and these are just not wearable, I returned them.
Recstream brami came damaged. it has excessive pilling and snags and I submitted photos to the brand as damage evidence.
I purchased a bra that was on sale, but NOWHERE did it say FINAL sale. They specify final sale on many other sale items, but not on this one. it was not eligible for return.
Also $13 for shipping is insane - more than any other brand.

I ordered the leggings and a pair of shorts. I really liked them but they do not hold up. I’ve only had them for a couple months and they are piling, snagged, and ready for the trash can. I take really good care of my stuff. Machine wash cold and line dried. I do not recommend.

Items pill quickly and develop holes in them quickly also. Customer service does not replace or own up to defective items.

I purchased the recstretch leggings and they move with my body like they are barely there which is a dream. The material is so soft and doesn't pill or more importantly it doesn't itch after multiple washes. I also have a dog with long hair and it doesn't attract hair like some other leggings I have. These are definitely more expensive than the other brands of leggings I usually buy but they are definitely worth the price and I will be buying more. They are easily my new favorite pair of workout leggings! I would say they run true to size and making returns is a breeze when necessary. I did buy a pair of shorts on sale which aren't returnable and they are pretty seethrough (color was stardust) and that is why I am deducting one star as they need to be a little thicker.
