They leave positive reviews for themselves!

What an awful experience!
I ordered from Floral Deco, a different name that Paradise Crow seems to operating under (as well as a company called "Lost Land"). I never received my goods.
At first, they were apologetic and said it had never been dispatched even though I had a dispatch note. Then they ignored my emails for a while, their phone number doesn't work either.

After I left a bad review on truspilot they got in touch and offered a refund and asked me to amend my damaging review. They blamed Royal Mail and asked for my understanding that they now lost money for shipping the parcel to me (no they didn't, I paid for shipping). The promised refund has also not cleared their bank and is still pending, proof of postage has never been supplied.

And to round things off, the customer agent whose name I was asked to remove with whom I was in touch leaves positive reviews on trustpilot for his own company.

All around awful.

Still waiting!

I placed my order in March as the products looked ideal for my purpose. In April I was notified of their dispatch. Nothing arrived so I emailed the company in May and Max emailed regrets, saying he would investigate. At the end of June and again in July I emailed but received no reply. On August 1st I tried to phone but was unsuccessful so emailed to ask if the company was still in business.
Max replied that it was and again promised to investigate the non arrival of my order. August 27th I emailed yet again. So far, I have no goods, no information but Paradise Crow still has my money.
I seem to have joined a large band of dissatisfied customers.
Interested to note the posting that the company had closed down in May yet they are still operating a website and apparently still trading.
My patience is at an end.
I live in diminishing hope of receiving either goods or a refund.

I placed an order weeks ago and had no feed back from emails to ask what was happening only to be told they were looking into it. Then nothing again and again.

Would not recommend as have not received a refund after asking for one.
Very disappointed!

Extremely bad customer experience!!

Extremely bad customer experience!!! Lot's of frustration and haven't received my order which been placed a month ago! And this is with the paid delivery and promise to deliver it within 5-7 working days. Got all the time wasted waiting for few dried flowers to complete my own project, and should have ordered from another company!
I couldn't call the company as registered phone number doesn't work, got reply from customer support after almost 2 weeks saying that my order will be looked into within a day, and then again no reply for 5 days, and then been told that the single person who does customer support is on holidays and there is no other way I can contact the company or escalate the issue. Been asked when I want my order to be delivered, and when replied that asap, still no reply for more than a week. Now I want to get a full refund only and forget this awful experience.

Frustrating experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It all went wrong from the very beginning where I was able to buy product on the website that wasn't in stock, without knowing it was out of stock!

The owner uses many aliases to shift the blame around so that he doesn't have to take responsibility for his awful customer service and business ethics. On the company (if you can call it that) Facebook he pretends to be somebody else when responding - and if you call the number clearly listed in his emails, he pretends that you've got the wrong number.

All in all it took around 3 months to receive 2 leafs. He included an extra leaf, but by this time, it really doesn't make up for the frustration and delay of my own project waiting on him to pull his finger out of his you know what.

If you are indeed reading this Owner of Paradise Crow, it's really quite simple. Keep your website stock levels up to date, outline if a product is a pre-order, send update emails prior to customers contacting you - and apologise with an offer to refund in full or partially with the postage.

STAY AWAY

Awful experience!! Do not buy from here!! Customer service was appauling! Ordered a xxl large Wood slice for a cake board in plenty of time for my wedding! Got no response to emails and phone calls to be told it had been posted. But no tracking details could be provided. Finally managed to get a hold of them days before the wedding to be told it would go out next day delivery! Still nothing! Then for the WRONG item to be sent out. Spoke directly to the supplier who advised that this company didnt even order the wrong one UNTIL AFTER the delivery date! So after all the promises if delivery and then the wrong item arriving. We had a wedding cake with no cake board! Fantastic!

And before we get a reply on here saying you were away, the business was still operating and taking orders. So was clearly open! Do not want a reply like below as it will just be another lie told by this company!

From your emails which we replied to you, you advised you needed the order before Thursday, we arranged for this to be delivered on that day, which it did.
As for receiving the wring item, we have agreed a return and refund with you.

Never received my order

I never received my order.
When I emailed to ask for clarification, they could never check it at that time. And now I don't even get any answer anymore...
So 50£ for nothing :(

My order did not arrive

My order did not arrive. My first two emails to the company were never responded to. My telephone message left on their answerphone was never responded to. As I was unable to sort this out directly with the company as they didn’t respond to any of my attempts to communicate with them, I raised a concern with Paypal. Suddenly an email from the company arrived telling me that they were away on holiday and their business was closed until 15th April. They have taken my money, the goods have not arrived, and all my efforts to communicate with them have gone unanswered.

Ugh, dooped again

Placed my order Feb 10th. Still have not received it. They sent me a shipment confirmation a month later after I emailed them. I emailed them again this week and it says they are gone on vacation just like in February. I want to love this company. There products are outstanding but I've only received one of 4 different orders. I just want the stuff I ordered, is that so hard?

Never again...

Communication very poor. Ordered on 14th feb still waiting nearly 6 weeks later. Phone calls and emails don’t get me anywhere. Previous order was just as poor. Only positive is its cheap but that comes at the cost of waiting 6 years for it to arrive.

Worst Company Ever!!!!

Worst Company Ever!!!!
Its been 5 weeks and I haven't received my order. I’ve been lied to again and again saying that my order is on its way every time I call!
Im out of pocket with no goods.
Believe the reviews. Don't even bother.

Dont buy from this awful company!

Its been over a month and I have not received my order. I have tried contacting them every which way possible and they just ignore me.
They have taken my money and I have received nothing.
Disgusting! I have never dealt with such an awful company!
Wish I had read the reviews on here first.

Bad experience and communication very lacking.

Had a very bad experience with this company and will not use again communication is very lacking I placed an order and money was taken but I never received a confirmation email to say it had been posted. I had made many attempts to contact the company and given many chances to rectify the issues as soon as I asked for a full refund it was then sent but again nothing arrived. To get my money back and not have to deal with them again I put in a claim with the Royal Mail. One of the worst experiences I have had.

Fairytale wedding

Max did some of the fresh flower arranagments for my wedding and my bridal bouquet and it was all gorgeous! My mother did some of the other arrangements but Max still came with us to the flower market at 6 am to ensure we all used similar flowers and stuck to the same colour scheme. Honestly, nothing was too much of a bother for him! So very pleased with everything! Thank you for being such a special part of my wedding feeling like a fairytale! X
