This is a policy used in casinos who want you to go on tilt, reverse your withdraw and lose it back. And then be on full tilt and redeposit more and lose a bunch. Disgusting policy, they should be ashamed.

I played this place for years and had 560$ losses when today i deposited 30$ with my bank for the first time and won 190$. I was verified but suddenly for 30$ and 190$ they decided to stall and request me everything. My paycheck, income, all my bank statements to trace all my money and everything. It's a N1 and MGA casinos pre-made way to stall players and force them into losing back their money. And they pull that on christmas on top of all! They truly are dead inside so treat them accordingly they don't deserve nothing but pain since that's what they sell to us everyday.

I won from free spins and managed to wager to withdrawable amount , I then needed depoist to confirm card, (min depoist is 20).
Took some me some time to upload the documents , then about a week for them to accept, The first time round they didnt accept my ID but the second time they did. then about 4 days after the docs being accepted they finally cashed out my withdraw request. ( max cashout from bonus was 50, I won like 30 and had to depoist 20 anyway so worked out.)

I have visited many casinos and I have to say this one will do anything to deny you your winnings. you can upload as many valid verification documents, they will find an excuse to keep you from accessing your money. They are corrupt and greedy. They dont allow me to withdraw via the method I used to deposit. anyway, no funds were ever received. WARNING.... STAY AWAY !!!

My best experience in a casino site ever. There is great games, you don't need to wager the bonus value + the deposit value, and that's a good thing. I have spent a fair amount with Paradise Casino since about March and never Cashed Out. Last week I decided to cash out to test them to see how it would go.
Bad move!! After a couple of refusals due to needing more documentation,which I now have in order! still no joy.
I have made 2 more requests to withdraw $200 nzd yet they keep discarding my requests and with no communication at all now to explain what the problem is.
From now on I'll stick to the trusty bricks and mortar club down the road.
