Disgusting experience

Communication very poor, cannot be trusted to deal with you openly and freely. Very expensive for a poor level of service, full of excuses after excuses.
Lost or misplaced important information and documents, blaming a member of staff no longer with them, slow to deal with our estate. Sending out statements with wrong information, basically read the last will and testament wrong. Was sent back to put right. It's there job to look at these things so how did they get it so wrong. Money grabbing dishonest company. They supposed to work to a code of practice. Well that was non existence in my case. God will judge them.
