Ho ordinato un pacco di batterie, ma quelle mi sono arrivate erano ad un mese dalla scadenza, molte delle quali già scariche e alcune proprio rotte. Ho inviato diverse email sia all'assistenza che al servizio reclami per chiedere di fare il reso ed avere quindi il rimborso, mai ricevuta risposta. Ho chiamato l'ufficio e mi hanno detto che non sapevano se si poteva fare e che mi avrebbero aggiornato. Mai più sentiti.
