Too big to care
I used to have nothing but good to say about Panther Martin, but their customer service has gone in the tank. I am always getting emails for sales, but more times than not there is something wrong with links, such as not allowing me to purchase every style on sale at same time, or not applying sale price. Their customer service used to answer when there were problems, but they Mo longer respond. They definitely do not listen to constructive criticism. I had tried to figure out why the blades would stop pivoting and turn entire lure. I finally figured out the brass bead below the blade is too small and will eventually be wedged between the wire it is on and the end that comes back through the body. I contacted Panther Martin about this, but never got a response. Luckily I have found someone hand making similar lures that don’t have this problem and they are cheaper.
