Poorly packaged had pickle all over the content
I ordered different lime pickle in total 5 jars. I received the parcel and found one jar broken. The jars were poorly packaged. Four og the jars were wrapped together with a thin layer of plastic and carton and between them there was no protection. I filed a complaint with the shop and was asked to provide photos and more explanations. I delivered everything. The package had been dropped over my fence, instead of being placed next to my gate. No doubt it had been treated without care, but at the same time, the goods were not properly protected. The shop owner does not think that the jars need more protection. He is willing to discuss with me as a client instead of sending me a new jar. Also, he prefers to discuss with the transport company and involve me in that too. All over 3,35€ How pathetic. The shop takes no responsibility and lost a customer. Congratulations.
