As always, I'm impressed a service at such a competitive price or even free if you chose the free plan can offer such a reactive and effective support (gave a first try today with the bot to solve VAT related issue, was then redirected to a human). Highly recommend !

Do not use this software. It is not fit for purpose. Pandle confirmed that the advice they provided to me was incorrect, outdated, and should not have been given and a bug removed a number of transactions from the software. As a direct result of this, my end of year accounts are completely wrong. Despite this, they are not willing to correct their mistake and are now suggesting that I incur further cost by engaging a bookkeeper to correct an error that originates entirely from their guidance. This is wholly unacceptable. I will be reporting them.

It easy to use and navigate, for beginner at finance, budget.

Unfortunately it would be zero stars if I could. It’s basic software and if your business is small or not too busy it’s ok. Recently there were some serious issues now having lasted 3 days where you can not send invoices to customers. We’ve had angry customers due to this as we can’t confirm their bookings until invoices paid which they aren’t receiving!! Really not good enough Pandle it’s taking way to long to fix the issues and I’ve just been told they’ve managed a temporary fix - this appears to have lasted minutes as they same issues and invoices not sending! Avoid this software there is better more reliable software out there.

Pandle is very simple and easy to use. Basic.
The help from the pandle team on the phone is always bang on.
The Chat bot wound me up a bit but managed to get there in the end with a problem so can't complain.

For projects, I wouldn't bother, I think this feature needs more work.

We're a small company and don't have a huge number of items, but we do transact in more than one currency. Pandle works just fine with the GBP bank feed and items are quick and easy to classify. Receipts are more difficult to add and Pandle is able to import the receipts from our (very user friendly) receipts attached to our banking transaction, so if we just used Pandle for GBP I'd probably rate it 4* (one star lost for receipts). Unfortunately we have had ongoing issues with the feed to one of our currency accounts and the team have had to help with file imports. The latest issue has taken a lot of to and fro-ing, with staff initially just attaching help guides which didn't help, so a shout out to Frankie for her attempt to fix it and huge thanks to Robert, who swiftly understood the issue and resolved it super fast - sadly I can't give Pandle a great rating based on my currency account experience, but Robert gets a 5* rating for great customer service, including checking that what he had done worked, rather than leaving it with me to come back if there were still issues.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the very good service and advice I have received from Elysha regarding the Pandle online software. The assistance provided was quick, to the point, and extremely helpful.
