My parcel was delivered to someone else. As a consequence I was deprived to use cheaper option of delivery than the expensive express one which is over $20 Penny from customer service and her clones have no manners to treat customer with respect. They are very rude, accusing and disrespectful treating customers like objects rather than people. I don’t wish anyone to deal with them when you experience any trouble with the order;(

I made and order with 4 items, all with 3 days of preparation time for shipping. 3 days of preparation were fine and as I needed it fairly quickly I paid an extra to have it sent a bit faster.
A couple of days later I received an email that my order (# 201111513049) would have probably (but not guaranteed) be shipped after 9 days.
I contact them asking for clarification and they said that one item was not available and suggested to cancel it to have it processed faster. As I needed my order in a short time, I followed their suggestion (even though that item was strongly needed) and cancelled it requesting a partial refund.
I kept requesting for my order to be shipped and, even though this delay was caused by them, they tried to make me pay even more for a faster shipping. I said that I didn't want to pay more as the problem was not caused by me, and today, 9 days later from when I placed the order they are writing to me "We are very sorry ,if you don't want to wait ,we could cancel your order and arrange a refund to you,please confirm us if you agree with it.".
No willingness whatsoever to make right to a mistake caused by them.
I asked again to have my order shipped hoping for the best.

So after 9 days from when I placed the orded:
- I don't have one thing I needed because I cancelled it, under their suggestion, to have it shipped before 9 days...
- The order hasn't been shipped already
- I haven't received the partial refund

I'd be happy to change this review if at least they take some action to fix this extremely unpleasant situation.

I've ordered for $80 and $20 of 5 days delivery. It took them actually 5 days to process the order before sending it.
But then, they do not tell you that you have to pay for another $25 of taxes. That I strictly do not have.
They refuse to refund me and my parcel is going to be destroyed and I'm going to be charge for it.

There is one thing that struck a chord for me while shopping at the Panda Hall. The sheer variety of products they offer is unimaginable at any other store. I was not very sure about what I had in my mind but after I went through their stocks I was able to get the right idea about how to go with my purchase. They literally spoilt me for choice but I was finally able to get what I had been wanting for the beginning.

I needed a lot of clay beads to make prom jewelry for a local high school. Thanks for delivering at a quick speed and that customer care executive was also a big help. I would have liked a little bit more color, but that was probably my fault as I did not search for more. The qualities of the beads are amazing and colors do not come out when you touch them with fingers. I would definitely order more from Pandahall very soon. I make clothes too and putting beads on clothes are in trend, so it’s a great online shop for me.

As an avid crafter, I am one of those who adore bead art so I was astounded when I ran into PandaHall. I immediately fell in love with the products so I bought some of them to design on my daughter’s scrapbook. I also used pink acrylic beads to design some of the giveaways for her first birthday. I could say that aside from being pleasing to the eyes, the beads are sturdy and the colors do not wear out easily.

What I can say about Pandahall is that they are awesome! I purchased these kind of products from other stores, but the prices were higher, and the products were not as great looking as the ones from Pandahall are. The customer service is excellent. They will assist you anytime you need them. Most importantly, the order was delivered to me on time! For all these reasons, I purchase these kinds of products from Pandahall only! My recommendation! They are the best!

I bought the jewelry from pandahall, pair of some earrings that way a bit defective. I then called the customer care executive, and hats off to their amazing client service. People were prompt & got the earrings replaced on next day itself. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would like to shop out for more on PandaHall web site and recommend this to my friends as well. The good customer service & polite nature encourages customer to purchase from website building long term relationship.

Besides the low price of beads and findings and other things, the custom service is fabulous, the salesperson gave reliable advice online and helps me added another things I want after I had placed a order. They are really patient to help me finish the whole order!
