Panache Cruises Reviews 

I reached out to Panache Cruises to give me a quote on a cruise. I must admit I had some trepidation, since the company had only recently begun trading in Australia and it was hard to find reviews. I was worried it may have been a scam.

Olga rang me back and discussed my requirements. After that I had many questions, which Olga answered honestly and promptly. What I liked about Olga was that she was always positive, helpful and friendly. She guided me in the decision. Making of what cabinet to choose, highlighting the differences between each cabinet class, but not “telling” me which got choose, just informing me so I could make the right choice for myself.

Panache Cruises offered me a good deal on a Viking Cruise and I have booked my cruise with them. This review is being written the day after booking, so I cannot comment on what happens from here, but I feel confident that Olga will be able to help me if anything goes wrong!

Excellent service from initial enquiry through to booking and reservations, with nothing too much trouble, and some very helpful advice along the way. Elitsa listened to all my requirements and exceeded them, pointing out alternatives and maintaining excellent communication action. An excellent ambassador for Panache.

This was my first encounter with Panache. My contact there was Nicole. Nicole spoke very clearly and was very helpful in helping me build the complete package of flights, transfers, pre-cruise hotel and the cruise itself. She was reassuringly thorough and kept me well-informed throughout the planning and booking process. I would be very happy to use Nicole and Panache's services again.

Despite having been on numerous previous cruises on Regent Seven Seas cruises, on this occasion we decided to try out our first cruise with Explora cruise line on Explora II, through Panache cruises.
Our cruise connoisseur was Wendy Mulholland, who was extremely helpful and was able to put together a package that we had requested. This included a direct Easyjet flight from Manchester to Venice, overnight hotel stay, transfer to and from the port and return flight from Athens.
Unfortunately, through no fault of Panache, our outbound flight was canceled without any explanation whilst we were at the airport and there were no other carriers available. We were asked to collect our bags and return home. Obviously this was an unexpected and extremely stressful start to our holiday.
Whilst we were at the airport, not knowing what else to do, my wife sent a email to Wendy Mulholland from Panache cruises, explaining the situation, but being as it was a Sunday evening, not expecting anything to come of it. Within around 10 minutes, we received contact from Wendy Mulholland informing us that we could choose either not to go ahead with the cruise or allow her to search for an alternative that would take us out to Venice. We agreed with going ahead with the cruise if it were possible.
Within 30 minutes it was all sorted. This involved having to return to Manchester Airport early the following morning for a British Airways flight to Venice via London Heathrow which we accepted.
We subsequently arrived at the Port at Venice in plenty of time before the ship was due to sail. We went on to have an amazing cruise on a beautiful ship.
The service that was provided by Wendy Mulholland from Panache cruises from the initial enquiry through to resolving the major issue of the canceled flight was amazing. Had it not been for her help, support and unbelievable commitment, it would not have been possible and we will be forever grateful.
Further to this we are currently in the process of booking our next cruise for 2027 with Wendy Mulholland at Panache cruises!
