Ordered a prebuilt PC from here, they had the best prices online. I ordered about 10pm and by noon next day I had received an email confirming my order and acknowledging that I wanted to re-add an SSD that I previously took off the build. They were helpful and sent me a link to pay the extra for the SSD. People complaining about the upselling are being dramatic, they asked me once if I'd like any extras to which I replied no and that was that. They were nothing but courteous.

They said that they were aiming for 10 working days but were busy and couldn't guarantee it, and credit to them it came before 10 working days, took just over a week and was delivered by DPD on a Saturday.

First desktop PC in over 10 years because I've been using a laptop all that time but it feels good to be back in the game! Can recommend this company I would definitely use again. Great communication all the way through and good end product, worked straight away no issues.

I've added an RX 6750XT to it myself and I'm over the moon.

Expert and swift help from Palicomp support for my 5 year old computer now booting up to Windows 11 as before.

Had a problem with my palicomp desktop. Contacted palicomp support. Got a rapid response with advice on a possible solution. Solved the problem and now working again. Very happy

I've had my Palicomp PC for 9 months. It has been powered on continuously and has never missed a beat. I ordered it with an optical DVD/CD drive, which I had not needed to use until this week. That's when I found it didn't work!

I contacted Palicomp Tech Support by phone for assistance. From my description of the symptoms, they thought the data cable might have come unplugged from the rear of the drive. They emailed me clear instructions, with diagrams, of how to check for this. Sure enough, the data plug was unplugged, but at the motherboard end rather than at the drive. I plugged it back in and the drive is now working.

My phone call was answered promptly, and the emailed instructions followed a few minutes later. I'm very happy with the response and I can recommend this company unreservedly.

Palicomp has been a great company to deal with. Very helpful during the ordering process and had a small issue with the PC which they were brilliant in handling.

My only advice would be to research any component included in the build as with most pre-builds, there’s always some compromise somewhere. I upgraded a few parts but still found the value to be great.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it his company at all.

Palicomp received my pc with the request to upgrade my pc's RAM from 32GB to 128GB as I was gonna need a beefy system to manage the visual effects course this semester. When they got my pc, it took them a short amount of time to get started but they quickly got in touch once they started and were fair and understanding with the fact I wanted to keep a budget with upgrading this system so when the system failed to accept 128GB, they went to ensure the system worked with 64GB with numerous tests, keeping me regularly updated. Upon the system's return home, there were some hiccups, the SSD cable slot had dislocated but that could accounted to the transit team and palicomp was quick to offer a repair guide. However, once that was resolved, they have yet to provide an update as to why my pc powers off and reboots when I power it up or install a windows update, even having a loud audible click and humming down sound as the system shuts off for around 2 and a half seconds. This situation is recent so hopefully, palicomp will respond soon as it would be greatly appreciated.

Had a relatively minor issue with my Palicomp PC (and excellent machine by the way) and my query was answered quickly and with all the necessary information. Thanks again!!!

Be very careful about ordering from Palicomp.

I ordered a new desktop from Palicomp to replace another Palicomp desktop from 4 years ago. The order process was ok - nothing special - and I placed the order online. The problems started a few days later when I received an email warning me that several parts of the order were unavailable specifically the motherboard and a PCIe card. In addition I was warned that although they aim for a 10 day delivery they were very busy and could not guarantee that.

At this point I was offered a "like for like motherboard replacement" more or less at the same price and I was advised that they had a special discounted price on speedy delivery.
I accepted the reveise motherboard, and paid the extra for faster delivery.
My desktop arrived a couple of days later. This should have been a good thing BUT the new motherboard was not the same as my original order nor was it fully configured so most of the cards were not installed. In addition, the Windows 11 version was also incorrect.
Several email exchanges later the Palimcomp response was "never had anyone unhappy with free upgrades"

It's a shame. Most of the PC is ok, but the mistakes are frustrating and the Palicomp attitude has been very poor. I'm now questioning whether the original email offering the speedy delivery and the alternate motherboard weren't just sharp practices.

Good presales advice, good product, good aftercare.

They are always quick to respond to queries and sort them out as soon as possible that I had any issues I had they were sorted very quickly and if I did not understand the answers to any questions they took the time to respond in a way that I understood to get the issue resolved as soon as possible with all Software issues I had but the hardware was never faulty so I had no issues with it in the year I have had it.

bought a pc for £600 and never able to use it properly as they put in a outdated hard drive. I eventually asked for a refund and they said that they would give me £525 back, however, after I sent it, they got back to me after nearly 3 weeks, this email was to say that the PC was damaged during transit due to lack of packaging, whereas i couldn't fit any more packaging inside the box, so then they emailed me back saying they can only refund me £475.

Absolutely shocking service. Take complete advantage of those who don't know better. "Upgraded" 2x8gb RAM to ONE 16GB. Quoted "frees up a slot"....
Insisted that the GPU had a DP. Nope. This version absolutely doesn't.
And the PSU is nothing more that a paperweight.
£345 for an "upgrade" and basically everything is a downgrade.
Oh, and they didn't give an itemized invoice, and kept the older parts!!!!
Absolutely disgusting.

Had a 5 year warranty with an order on Palicomp
1. Product was excellent as ordered
2. Technical help with a minor issue with a hard drive was sorted with great sympathetic assistance
3. Failure of a hard drive after 15 months, drive was replaced quickly without issue
4. Problems with the installation of hard drive again sorted with sympathetic guidance from Technical Support

I had an issue with support response within an hour. Excellent

Recently had a fan bearing failure in my old (ish) Palicomp Quiet PC. Received a replacement fan this morning, very well packed and complete with fitting instructions. Within half an hour my system was back to running smoothly and quietly. Many thanks to Palicomp Tech Support for the excellent service!

Had great assistance and support when my system started to play up . The fault was traced immediately, the monitor was the issue which lead to the computer playing up with the windows software.

Had an issue with the graphics card. Palicomp support replied promptly and I had a new card in no time. Couldn't be happier. Thanks, Palicomp team!

I made many attempts to install Windows 11 after reading up on how to solve problems using Google, but Palincomp very quickly suggested a fix which worked first time. Excellent service.

I had a fairly simple query, but the answer came from their support team really quickly!
