What an excellent company. I've not bought a PC in years and I'd been looking for a good gaming PC for a while (and didn't want to build one myself). Palicomp seemed quite a lot cheaper than the competition, especially with their special offers. The buying process was smooth and the service second to none. They even dropped in a few free upgrades. The PC came really well packaged and in very quick time. I appreciated the original packaging for the components included as well. The PC is just as I had hoped, built really well and runs like a dream from the get go. Many thanks to Palicomp, what a brilliant experience.

Ordered my motherboard, CPU and memory bundle on the Saturday and received on the Thursday so can't really complain about that service. They did not have the CPU cooler that I ordered but contacted me immediately and fitted an alternative free of charge despite being £5 more. The item came well packaged and are now fitted in my case but I cannot test as of yet as I still have not received my PSU from another supplier. Would defiantly purchase from again.

Edit: After having some minor issues getting this up and running, mainly due to my stupidity, I can report that the motherboard, CPU and memory bundle works perfectly.

I had intended on ordering an i7 11700 pc as I was a little apprehensive about the 12th Gen's hybrid core architecture for Music Production, kept changing my mind, and eventually went with a 12700 build. Palicomp were very patient & helpful during this, suggesting/recommending parts etc and then built the PC quickly. It has been well built & has been fantastic since. Amazing service, would really recommend them

I ordered a prebuilt PC from Palicomp and had a great experience. Easy to order on the website, good communication and updates on the order, fast delivery which arrived safely and on time.

Packaging was excellent, and the build was nicely put together. I appreciated that boxes and manuals were included, as well as clear instructions for any remaining assembly.

All up and running without issue, and performing nicely. Very happy, two thumbs up.

Responded quickly to my PC problem, supplied a replacement part in a few days which resolved the issue. Happy with service and response.

Please do not use this company. Don't look at the five stars they seem to be fake. My computer suddenly stopped working, and I only received it five days ago and only used it for two full days. I have contacted them to no avail, their phone number doesn't work. So I have decided to return and ask for a refund hopefully, they get back to me, or will have to sue them through Novuna.

I thought I would give an update, my order has been cancelled, which im pleased for. This happened 3/10/2024, and palicom support stated refund should be received within 48hr, it has been 5 days and i am still waiting i can understand with some businesses it can take up to 10 days so i am going to wait till 13/10. Although, my initial review was on the 17/09 and it is reaching a month and i still having issues with this company. By the 13/10 if i haven't i will have to take more drastic measures and contact the financial ombudsman again. will update, but the 5 star reviews are fake they all follow similar patterns and are not genuine.

Palicomp first supplied me with a PC back in 2012. Quality of kit, advice and importantly after sales service means that I have never needed to go anywhere else since. My most recent PC developed an apparent problem when just out of warranty. The support team quickly replied to an email enquiry, provided some initial troubleshooting tips and then kindly agreed to take a look at the machine itself. I live close by in Cheshire and dropped the PC off, it was on a workbench immediately and I was on my way home within the hour. Nothing wrong with the hardware, but a software problem following a windows update and I'm back running same day. Fabulously helpful service from Ryan thankyou.

Really recommend Palicomp if you're in the PC market. My PC had been working fine for two and a half years and out of nowhere the power supply stopped working. I had purchased a 3 year warranty with my PC and so I emailed Palicomp Support to ask for troubleshooting help. They responded within a couple of hours with some helpful advice and then the next day a new Power Supply was in the post. This fixed the issue and I am extremely happy with the support they provided. They honoured my 3-year warranty, no questions asked, and were so responsive and helpful. This was my experience and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and anyone who asks!.

Palicomp support was very responsive and while I’m yet to receive a replacement HDD, they were quick to offer a resolution to my issue.

I seemed to receive a HDD that was DOA and while I understand that this can happen, I’m a little unsure how much or little testing was done on the PC for it to get to me being faulty.

I had to order the PC twice because for some reason, payment wasn’t taken on the first order so it was never processed.
I wasn’t told about this until two days later when I called to ask if they had my order.

I also paid extra for cable management which just seems to have been missed as the wires have just been scrunched together and tied up. Not very neat at all.

I was a little disappointed to also receive only 2 sticks of RAM instead of the 4 I thought I ordered as per the image on the order.
A little misleading and I was told that I should have clicked into the part to see that there was more information regarding the spec.
The image showed 4 sticks and the specs that I needed to know were in the popup so I had no reason to look into it further.
I’d maybe recommend making it more clear that what you order might not be what you get.

I also had to get in touch regarding the “LED” button on my PC case as this didn’t work or change anything when pressed.
It turns out that this was just a piece of software that was needed but again, no information on this until I got in touch.
I feel like this should have maybe been pre-installed or at least include some kind of information about it with the PC?

Overall, unfortunately not the best experience personally after being recommended to use Palicomp by a friend though again, their support has been great.
One not alongside this is that when I ordered the PC, some of the components were not compatible and some others, out of stock.
Palicomp were almost immediately in touch to let me know about the compatibility issues and provided alternative options and even upgrades for some items that they didn’t have in stock from my order.

They were very clear about what they could and couldn’t do and what would and wouldn’t work when discussing options and although I did end up paying more for some parts, they offered alternatives that were priced the same and it’s only by my choosing that I asked for different components that held an extra cost.

UPDATE:
I sent my faulty HDD back and received no communication of a replacement having been sent.
When I chased it, I was finally provided a tracking number for what I can only assume was the exact same HDD as it arrived with the exact same problem that two other HDD’s do not have.
Either Palicomp only supply faulty HDD’s as I’ve received two from them or they decided to try and play some little game and sent me the same HDD back assuming I was lying about the problem I have.
I’m not sure but they’ve lost all credibility they had for me.
Do not recommend this company.
Had nothing but issues since the day I got the PC.

Ordered a CPU and Motherboard bundle from here . It was delivered in a few days and it's all up and running. The bundle was a lot cheaper than buying the parts individually so a very happy customer here.

I had an issue with one of the fans starting to fail on my pc which I had purchased back at Easter. I emailed support an explained what was happening and they straight away arranged for a replacement to be sent out and asked if I was okay to fit myself which I am. There was absolutely no hassle getting things sorted. Was extremely impressed at the service I recieved when i ordered the pc they were so helpful and flexible with everything and now with the issue I have received just as good service.

They also advised me on a question I had regarding the RGB lights that had been bugging me from I got the pc and now I know what to do.

Great service from a genuinely great company which is a rarity these days!

I’d have to guess Palicomp are putting fake 5 star reviews on here. In no way should this company be as highly rated on here as it is, their customer service is actually useless and they act as if it’s a hassle to try and help you, my experience was terrible, having a broken PC arrive and then trying to convince my to keep it and ‘troubleshoot’ it even though the cooling fan was dangling off and the CPU cooling pins bent beyond repair.

I emailed the business to ask a question 8 months after purchase and found them to be very helpful! Prompt reply and my problem was resolved.

First class support. Change of graphics card within 3 days of initial email.

Burned twice with these guys
Got a refund for deleting bad review
but not even a thank you for going out of my way paying for postage. Treated badly after giving a second chance just wanted more fans in pc as it was literally burning my hand to the touch even said I had family and pets it was a safety issue and all they could say is it worked they didn’t care .
It’s funny last time they changed things I didn’t want r end a graphics card I paid extra for ti a cheaper model .
I try and support smaller businesses but when ya treated ti two weeks waiting for nothing caus their boss told them not to do the thing we arranged for…oh but I did get re offered it at a higher price than what was agreed.
I tried being nice but it wasn’t returned. Only got slightly further from leaving bad review the first time it’s all they respond to

swift and excellent service when the remote was missing to replace it straight away.

I had an issue trying to reinstall win 10. PC kept crashing. Contacted Palicomp support who sent me a returns label. Item was collected Saturday morning and returned fully working on the Thursday. Cannot praise this company enough. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new PC

I wanted to add memory to my PC and as the computer has been faultless in the two years I have had it, I naturally turned to the supplier, Palicomp, to purchase the components. They were temporarily out of stock, but customer support sent me a link to the correct item on Amazon.
I still needed assistance with the correct installation and support was amazingly swift in sorting that out too.
Any rating less than 5 stars would be unthinkable
