The tail lift mechanism suffers from a bad design, therefore sooner or later it will stuck upright. The company does not take any responsibility for this even within the warranty period, just keep saying the faults are due to lack of maintenance or user error, when it isn't. Do not waste a single penny on a Palfinger lift, use Del or Dhollandia instead, those are more reliable.
I used this company to installed a crane on my truck MAN. The ratio between price - product is low. The service leaves much to be desired.

Worst quality tail lift we have ever experienced! It broke after a couple of months of use and they blamed us for breaking it. We have been using Zepro tail lifts on our old trucks for years and nothing happened with them.
We installed palfinger tail lift on our new truck, even though it was under warranty, they refused to repair it and blamed us for breaking it.
Worst tail lift ever. Go for Zepro tail lifts, they are 200% more reliable and much better customer service!
