Paisley Properties (Almondbury Office) were the Estate Agents who handled both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. We would like to thank the staff who we dealt with regularly – James, Hazel, Amber-Rose and Andrew for making both processes go smoothly and with a minimum of stress (although there is always some). They were always friendly, professional and knowledgeable whenever we contacted them for help or advice. And when an issue arose with the house we were purchasing they gave us very helpful advice on finding good electricians and a moving/storage company that enabled us to continue the process with the minimum of fuss. Thank you all for making what can be a very stressful event in a persons’ life go as smoothly as possible. Martyn & Janet

If I could give a minus score I would! They Published our vehicle with its registration clearly visible. The photo featured on a neighbouring properties details, it was uploaded to their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, it was not visible from the roadside. The information also contained our address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing to them and they responded by saying they would not communicate with us about this matter. Shocking! No acknowledgment of this error, no explanation as to how it had happened and no apology for this potential data breach. Disgusting and unprofessional, and this was the owner of the business.

Really friendly and efficient. Always available and still ready to help and answer queries months after sale. Have gone above and beyond expected service. Thank you.

Amber at the Mapplewell office was brilliant. She always kept me to up to with the latest on the sale and was really accommodating with the multiple viewings I had!

I highly recommend Beth and the team at Paisley. They worked really hard to sell my property which had a few unexpected issues. Huge thanks to Beth Niki and the whole team.

Peter and the team replaced all of the guttering around our house. Gave us quotes to break jobs down into sections so we could focus on certain parts at any one time.
They were friendly and professional at all times, worked quickly but confidently and very tidy.

Having used Paisley find a tenant service on several occasions, I would like to say thank you to all. Property was well photographed, thorough inventory, property specifics accurate, prompt and speedy arranging of viewings. Good communications, tidy legals and positive feed back from tenants. Due to my time constraints, special thanks to Sam for going the extra mile!

Thanks again to Angie and the Lettings team at the Almondbury office. 7th time they have found a great tenants for our properties. Highly professional tenant find process which has never let us down. Highly recommended to all seasoned or would-be landlords.

A renting through Paisley Properties was a frustrating experience. They prioritized landlords over tenants, getting repairs done took ages, and conversations had in person were later mis-remembered or challenged. I wouldn't recommend them.

From day one of Paisley's coming out to value my home/business I had a good feeling about them, even though they are a smaller/newer company to the others I had out my gut told me they were they right choice and the didn't disappoint in any way. They sold my property within a few months and we then bought our new home from them, they were with us every step of the way, friendly but always professional, I would highly recommend. Particular thanks to Andrew and James at the Almondbury branch.

Absolutely top class service from the team at Mapplewell, Harry, Jenine Caitlin and George.
Every step of the way this team guided us and our buyer, provided accompanied viewings, gave us the results, celebrated when an offer was made and accepted, called with updates at least twice a week. When disaster struck our buyer, they were there to guide both of us, resulting in the sale being saved, our buyer being able to complete and all the while updating us sometimes daily, despite us being in another country!

Harry has a lovely, friendly but professional manner; they all do, however, Harry was the one who we had most contact with, and who was clearly pleased, happy, nervous, ecstatic as us - he made us feel that he was as invested in our sale as we were.
The cost was less than other quotes we had, but we chose to support a local, small business, and frankly, the service we received was worth every penny. We can't recommend them highly enough.
