I apologise for your experiences with our program. I can assure you that Pairview’s trainers are professionals with vast knowledge and are qualified to teach in various fields. I can also confirm that while you were in our program, we were dedicated to providing you with training materials and support that will aid your training.

After thoroughly investigating your account, I can see from our records that you joined Pairview on the 5th of October 2019, and your contract ended on the 30th of May 2020. On the 5th of December 2019, you sent an email requesting an extension on your assignment, as you were a full-time worker and could not meet the deadline; in this regard, the extension was granted. Also, during your first SQL class, you could not follow through because you had not installed the SQL software, which we notified was a prerequisite to attending the class; for this reason, we had to reschedule you for a new SQL class. This shows that we are eagerly ready to support our delegates. I can also confirm that on the 14th Of December 2019, you completed all the training for delegates on the Data Analytics Career part.

On the 9th of January 2020, we proceeded to give you a refresher course after receiving your complaint. You complained that you could not keep up, which hindered you from completing your Power BI assignment. You emphasised that you were new to the field of analytics, and you learn at a pace different from other delegates. I can assure you that our trainers try as much as humanly possible to carry every delegate along and make their cases as interactive as possible. We know that not every delegate learns at the same pace, and I apologise that you feel like your needs were not adequately catered to.

After the refresher course, you sent in your assignment, and our trainers provided feedback and a step-by-step guide to complete the assignments. We sent follow-ups and regularly checked in on you to track your progress. We did our best to reschedule refresher courses when you requested, but due to your workload, we believe you could not take full advantage of the program as you might have wanted to.

On the 21st of January 2020, we received your email requesting to opt out of the program; however, we were able to convince you otherwise and offered a contract extension with another refresher course of your choice at no extra charge because we understood that the field of analytics could be rocky. We have tried to contact you on several occasions to find out your level of progression, but there has been no response on your end to this date.

Pairview still has a lot to offer you, and I am confident we can still realise your dream of being a professional Data Analyst. While on the programme, you were a very determined delegate committed to learning, and we still believe in your capabilities. Please email if you are still interested in completing your program. Hello Tomilola,

I apologise for your experiences with our program, and I can assure you that we offer excellent support to all our delegates. I can state that while you were in our program, we treated your complaint with utmost urgency. We have always informed our delegates that the fastest way to get support is through the admin team, as we are always available to support and assist you.


On the 10th Of May 2022, you sent an email to your sales representative informing him of your decision to pull out of the program and this decision, according to you, was a result of the price difference between two of our programs- the JMP (Job Mentoring Program) package which you were on and the Stack specialist which is strictly self-pace without additional or external support. We explained that the price difference resulted from a difference in the services we offered. Below is a list of the services provided on the JMP package which is not available on the Self-paced package:

1. Exclusive VIP booster series equips you with knowledge from all career paths to ensure you have the right and solid foundation for the analytical world.

2. High-Performance Tutorial Classes to help you understand different modules or subsections of other career parts.

3. Tactical Support Storm Sessions to answer questions and queries about your training in real-time, occur daily from 18:00-19:00 (UK Time)

4. Career Support and Guidance and many more, as listed in our last correspondence to you.

We also assigned an administrative team member to oversee your affairs and ensure that your queries were dealt with on time, although you were intent on dropping off the program. This goes to show how valuable our delegates are to us.


According to our records, you only complained about having an issue with the AWS system. This was due to AWS’s constant upgrading of its systems. We organised a support session with all delegates who had difficulty navigating it. We offered to include you in this support session when you sent in a query regarding AWS, as we knew you could benefit from it, but you were adamant about refusing all support.


Pairview structures its training in stages so you can access job assistance like weekly CV surgery, Interview Pre guide and Recruitment consultancy sessions after your training. You only spent a month on the program and, as such, did not get a chance to get a holistic view of our program.


I apologise for the delay in getting your Referral bonus; I can confirm that your account is being reviewed, and a finance team member will get in touch with you. You can testify that we always pay referral bonuses as this is your second referral bonus after the first was paid on the 8th Of June 2022. I would also like to clarify the amount as your referral bought a course lower than the amount stated.

Hi Amarachi,

I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with Pairview training and support and I want to assure you that this is not the norm at Pairview. We are dedicated to ensuring that every one of our delegates is given the opportunity to grow at a pace acceptable in the workplace.

I can confirm that while on our training, there was no formal complaint from you stating lack of support or otherwise. We offered the best support to you by extending the expiration date of class recordings and granting refresher courses at no extra charge. We also tried to engage with you multiple times as to why you have been unable to turn in your Power BI and Excel assignment but we received no response to the mail.

The last email Pairview sent attempting to reach out to you as regards your training and assignment was on the 15th of February 2021 which we got no response. Your programme contract ended on the 4th of March 2021 and since then till the 1st of July 2022, there has been no engagement from your end with Pairview.

I understand that you might have had a lot of pressing engagements that may have taken up your time and we apologize that you were not able to commit to your programme as expected.

The world of Data Analytics is fast expanding with numerous delegates requesting references for jobs they have been able to get through our programme. The majority of them had no prior knowledge of data. Pairview has been in the business of training great Analytical minds for over a decade and we know we have a lot to offer you.
