I contacted Paintseal Direct after an online search and reading good reviews.
After a good initial conversation, where the process was clearly explained, I decided to visit their premises to have the work done. They were very accommodating in finding a day and time that suited me, especially as I required a quick turnaround before my first outing in my new campervan.
When I arrived at their premises to have the work done I was greeted by Callum and Ben, who explained timings and gave me direction for getting into Nottingham city centre, where I whiled away the time until I received a call to tell me that my campervan was ready for collection.
On return to their premises, I was again greeted by Callum and Ben, who showed me around the vehicle, explained the work that they had carried out, gave advice on how to properly maintain the finish and finally, presented me with a bag of products to use on the vehicle to maintain the finish - great service.
I must say that my campervan looks fantastic now, with a great sheen to the vehicle, and I look forward to seeing how the finish performs in the future.
All in all, a great experience and I thoroughly recommend Paintseal Direct to anybody looking to have a protective coating applied to their vehicle.

Had Paintseal on every caravan we've owned and wouldn't do without it. Our newest caravan looks brilliant, as usual.

Pre sale explanations are excellent, reassuring and exciting. Finished product - very shiny vehicle. After care accessories provide feel good factor. Adds to the feel good factor of owning a new vehicle.

Difficult to comment as the coating was applied at the dealer. There were some timing issues that meant applying the coating probably had less time than planned but everything was sorted. Now we’ll see how the coating works in the coming years.

We purchased our new van the early part of this year. it was then sited on a seasonal pitch. Our neighbour in the next caravan told us about Paint Seal so I looked into it and was impressed with the presentation of their product, Gen-3 Glasscoat protection.
We arranged a date to have it applied at our caravan site but the application is weather dependent so had to arrange another date. Which wasn't a problem for us or Paint Seal.
Marcus was the technician who turned up and bang on the time arranged. It took him about 3 and a half hours to complete including the roof. Then he treated all the seating inside the van. When finished every bit of our van was sparkling. Marcus did a fantastic job and also left us a complimentary after care kit.

very difficult to review something like a product designed to make cleaning easier and protect paintwork over a long time when they want a review soon after purchase.

Paint seal applied carefully and thoroughly by experienced operative who was happy to answer my questions and who fully demonstrated his enthusiasm for the treatment. He informed me when he would arrive and came on time. A wonderful shiny smooth finish.

Great communication from the company. Technician who applied the coating was friendly, professional m, knowledgeable and very efficient.
Van looks immaculate and most importantly the bird mess just sponges off…even when dried on. Well worth the investment, especially with the five year guarantee. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Had these guys (Callum & Mark) to do some really intricate Rhino lining work on our RV and to say we were treated brilliantly from start to finish would be a huge understatement! The two guys could not have been more friendly, professional and very good at what they do. Having used various companies to do work on our RV and being less than satisfied, I have to say the experience we had at Paintseal Direct has been nothing short of excellent! 5* is really not enough and whilst you’re waiting to have work done be sure to check out the car dealership! Friendly and efficient service. The coating was applied at my home, with good comms from the installing technician. No issues at all, I am a returning customer, as this was about my third or fourth caravan to have Paintseal applied. Strongly recommended.

From my call to the office, through to the application of the product, I was met with courtesy, friendlies and professionalism. The paperwork was processed and sent through with the 5 year warranty. I used them before on our previous caravan and would highly recommend them.

The caravan looks fantastic and so smooth to touch, I think that when I come to clean the caravan it will be a lot easier than on our previous caravans, PaintSeal have done an excellent job

Quality Service. very experienced operative, happy with attention to detail, pleased with the finish, obviously not sure if if the product will last as per Guarantee but very happy at the moment.

After several years of motorhoming, cleaning and polishing was becoming more difficult so came to the decision to go to Paintseal for the ceramic treatment. Lisa at Paintseal was very informative and arranged everything. I must say that from start to finish the company were very helpful. We chose to have it done at their unit in Nottingham and stay overnight ready for them the following morning. Mark and Callum spent most of the day working on it and did a great job bringing the finish back to as new. They both then spent some time explaining how to look after it and also issued us with a Care Kit. The whole thing was very well organised and am very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend the staff and company.
