Good timely delivery, however your help dept does not answer emails regarding a paint issue

The paint match was not the same, and the clear coat was matt not gloss. Its now peeling off and will have to be done professionally, a total waste of my time and money, do not buy.

Truly awful experience.

I ordered some touch up paint for my car but a buddy of mine had some so i reached out to cancel the order, about 15 minutes after i placed it, bearing in mind it takes a bit to process and ship out, and i didn't get a response until 3 days after it arrived.

I wanted to send the product back to get my money back, they were unwilling to cover the cost of postage. I asked why this was and i didnt get a response for 13 days!!!

Bear in mind I called first to cancel the order, twice - on two separate occasions throughout the day, nothing.

Truly awful customer service.

I was bit worried as I have an older car but paint pen arrived and matches perfectly. Easy to apply, great product, no more little annoying stone chips or scratches esp as I have a black car.

Very poor product, with very poor support, ordered goods arrived a littel late, no instructions just very basic guides on their web!, could not get the plastic top off to use the nib, in the end managed to squeeze it off, paint went everywhere, application is hit and miss, goes every where and is hard to clean off, not a product i would recommend, in fact steer clear until. they are ina position to provide a service and product that works

I ordered from Paintnuts for some car repairs. First order perfect the second order is was missing 3 cans of 2k lacquer. I spoke to them they wanted pictures I sent them and they messed up the replacement sending me 3 touch up pens. I spoke to them again and the correction was send out in a 24 hours next day.Diane was great to deal with. Colour match was decent my cars 17 years old it's not going to be perfect! Over all I would recommend them and I would use them again no problem. Customer service was great and that goes along way with me

My order arrived late, but the real problem was that the paint supplied was not a proper match for my vehicle. I spent an entire day preparing, masking, painting, and finishing the repair, only to discover that the colour difference was obvious once everything was completed.

Because of the incorrect paint, I now have to pay a professional body shop to fix and repaint the area. The cost of correcting this mistake will be several times higher than the cost of the original order, resulting in a significant amount of wasted time and money.

PaintNuts refunded only the paint itself and deducted the cost of the other items included in the order. In my view, those items were purchased solely to complete this repair and became useless once the wrong colour was supplied.

I emailed the company requesting a return address so I could send everything back and receive a full refund. I received no response. I then called and was told the matter would be looked into, but I am still waiting for a resolution.

The inaccurate colour match, the extra repair costs I now face, and the lack of communication after my complaint have left me extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

I have been waiting weeks for my order, not repsonse from the help email provided. Very disappointing. I will have to seek a charge back claim if no response is received shortly. Terrible experience so far

Quick delivery with the correct paint match for a 28 year old TVR. Very happy.

Super service and communication, delivery even came with a tracking link, brilliant colour match for the metallic blue. Would definitely use Paint Nuts again.

They sent me the wrong colour paint. When i complained they asked for a load of information that they already have.
It should be simple. They have my order number, that tells them the colour I ordered, and I’ve told them the paint colour that I received. But no. They want to make it time consuming for me to put me off. Anyone else had this experience?

I placed my order on 9/4/2026 and order received 16/4 all well and good, then it went downhill. Sent an email 23/4 informing wrong colour paint sent, Scarlett instead of Fiery Red. PaintNuts sent a response 29/4 asking for a full list of requirements, info and pictures. Sent all 22/5. Sent another email 31/5 asking for a response, no reply. The order actually stated Fiery Red. No responsibility or response provided. What a shambles.

The paint and lacquer were for the front wing of an imported Eunos MX5 ( dark green ) that had de-laminated. The final colour finish is indistinguishable from the rest of the car. First class !

Pack arrived but with paint spillage over the pack contents, the primer tube had been snapped open. If this was done during delivery the packaging was not good enough. I do hope it wasn't dispatched like this. Though usable there were spills on work surfaces and clothing. Not good enough!

Customer service is second to none, been such a great help, to help me choose my paint match.
I got agate grey windows and door and I needed my wooden gate matched to the same colour.
I did a Google search and came up with this company, I had never heard of before, but at this stage my gate was desperately needing done and it was the only company I could find that did the RAL paint number I needed, so I was willing to take a risk and the paint was alot cheaper than farrow and ball etc
I went for the multi surface paint just a small tin, which I only used half so I've still got more for another project.
I'm so pleased with how it turned out and the colour match is absolutely perfect.

Good advice on how to use correctly. Easy to apply. Perfect match.

Very quick mixing up and a good colour match for my wife's 10yr old vw polo 1.15 bluemotion.
Touched up stone chips ,bumper grazes and several fine scratches and it looks a lot better before its next lfe with daughter!

The only thing that went smoothly was them taking my money, trying to get a refund on an item not received even when tracking confirmed it is like being hustled at a poker table!
