I received my kit late due to issues with Covid. Paintgem offered me a free kit to compensate for the long delivery time, even though they had no control over that.

I know there was a bit of a delay in the arrival of my package and i guess it’s because of the pandemic. I made a fee contact with them and thankfully they answer back and lets you assure that your product is safe and will arrive soon. Once i received my package i was amaZed by it. I ordered a personalized portrait with then and it made me so happy and satisfied and it was definitely worth the wait,,, thank you PaintGem..

I received my package late due to COVID! However the picture and package was perfect amongst arrival

My order was severely delayed due to COVID-19(which is understandable). However when it did arrive, everything was perfect. I’m even about to purchase another kit.

Amazing customer service honestly! My shipment was delayed due to covid, but I got a free voucher for my next order.

I love keeping my hands busy and away from a screen (aka my phone) so being distracted with the paint gems is perfect and takes my mind off other things.

I placed my order in mid April and received it in early June. It was a long wait time but that was most likely due to the pandemic. I was starting to get frustrated but once I received my order I honestly thought it was worth the wait. It was a really great product and was so much fun to put together.

Although my kit took a while (due to covid) it did finally come and it’s really nice. I would definitely order more!

I placed an order in March. It took about 2 months before I received it (covid delay im assuming). The customer service was amazing and answered all my questions they were very helpful with tracking and reassuringme my order was on its way. I got my order and i am loving it! So relaxing and addictive! I ordered a custom piece and I cant wait to start once I finish the one I started. I gotta say im happy I ordered more than 1! Alberta Canada

Shipping was delayed by 3 months which is unfortunate, but it was caused by delays due to COVID-19, which was unavoidable. During the wait time, the team responded to each of my messages. Even though they couldn't give me am ETA (due to the ambiguity of circumstances), they were very apologetic. It seems a lot of people are frustrated with the delay, and I definitely was too! But it helped that I had ordered from them before, and the delivery and products were great. All my products this time around also came perfectly!

Although there was a delay, I’m very please with the customer service that I received, they were able to answer all my questions, and in a timely manner. I loved my kit and I will be buying more. I recommend them.

The delivery itself was not good, but that's not the company's fault. The way they handled my complaints for delivery and everything that was going on was astounding. The customer service with Paint Gem is phenomenal and I've begun recommending it to people based on that experience alone.

My package was delayed and within minutes of my inquiry about the status I had already received a response that was extremely helpful. They even offered to send me a free kit. With the paint gem trend so popular right now I will definitely be suggesting Paintgem as a company to buy from.

I am very impressed with this company! I ordered a custom picture on June 7, it arrived on July 2!!
It was beautifully packaged, canvas came in a tube, received a free pen, all colors are here, kit included all the extras!! I will be ordering from here again. Thank you Paint Gem.

I wanted to love this company. The packaging looked cute, cookie wax, quartz pen.... but I was extremely disappointed. First of all shipping took FOREVER. And when I’d ask for updates I’d get vague responses. When the order finally came everything was crushed and damaged. The edges of the canvases were crushed and frayed, cookie wax damaged. I filled out the form with pictures to show them the damage and got no response. I contacted them and she said replacements were on the way. Received only cookie wax that was just a square wax shoved down into the cookie mold - corners sticking up. When I contacted them about only getting the cookie wax (I didn’t even say anything about the crap replacement I was sent) they never replied. I sent another message and all I got back was that their warehouse manager said the canvas wasn’t damaged. This company is a scam.

Due to Covid, my Paintgem purchases were late as expected. They reached out to me and offered a free gift to make up for it so that made up for it for me. These diamond paintings are the best I've ever done. The letters/numbers are clear, very few gems have flaws, the wax in the macaroons are so cute, and the free diamond pen is fun! I've ordered from many companies and this is my favorite by far. I thought they were a little expensive at first, but you definitely get what you pay for. I won't buy from anyone else again.

Great customer service! Obviously ordering something from overseas during a global pandemic is going to come with its issues regarding shipping. I work for an Ecommerce store that’s American based and it’s been hard for us too dealing with shipping delays beyond our control, so I couldn’t knock them for that. Yes, my order did take a while to arrive, but the customer service was always great and sincerely apologetic. The PaintGem kit itself is great. This is my first kit and I’ve really enjoyed it so far. I got the smallest size and it’s perfect for a beginner because it’s not so intimidating and daunting to complete. Plus the accessories it comes with are so cute! I’ve looked at a lot of different websites that sell similar thins and PaintGem by far as the best designs for my taste.

Ordered a kit back in the very beginning of April, didn't arrive until the end of JUNE. When I asked customer service where it was, what was happening, if I could cancel because it clearly wouldn't arrive by the date I needed, they were not helpful whatsoever. Every response I got was them ignoring my questions and replying overly positive. Then their customer service had the nerve to say "many customers rated us low 😔 and it would be very helpful if you could give us your honest review🙏" which really angered me to no end. I've ordered plenty of things from small and large companies during this pandemic, and not a single one took more than a month (much less nearly 3 months). Will never purchase from here again.

Plus, they totally screwed up the coloring on my PaintGem. So, in addition to waiting months for this to come late, it is not good quality!
