WONDERFUL, HELPFUL COMPANY.
I had been looking for a Cream shrug for months, not one store sold them in cream. I had purchased from this company previously and always had great customer service. I sent them an email asking them if they made shrugs in Cream, they said no but they would make me one specially if I told them what design and size I wanted. I picked a style from their website which had 3/4 sleeves and told them I wanted that particular style in Cream but with long sleeves.
They told me how to order it and lo and behold, it came today, absolutely wonderful, so very pleased. How many companies make a one off item of clothing for a customer. Absolutely over the moon. Other companies, take note, this is what excellent customer service is.
