The location wonderful for work but the room issue wasn't notified until I move in and I was very expected but disappointed the landlord of course did damage control and offer a transfer I was satisfied with so far but who knows in the future will see other than that I love the residents here who friendly and respectful with space of one others so thank you.

Owners need to be made more responsible for the homes maintenance and the cleaning of the home. The management companies that owners hire to maintain the property shouldn't be allowed to enforce rules that surpass PadSplit rules for the owners.

Hosts goes weeks without responding and addressing issues/maintenance requests. PadSplit doesn't care or give ability to file complaints againts hosts. Only suggest resubmitting requests or transferring to new PadSplit homes. However, they still expect on-time payments while neglecting the residents.

Good company and definitely a life saver but be cautious of your roommates, they will accuse you of stuff you didn’t do and make inappropriate comments. All I do is go home and go to work work second and third shift I make sure my rent is paid and I don’t mess with no one but it’s good to know that I have to waking up. People can make comments inappropriate comments when you’re not even messing with them or looking at them and you just try to stay out everyone’s way, but they say it’s pick on the disabled boy

I have been a pat, split user for a while now, and just had to experience transferring rooms in the same house.
Let me start from the beginning. The application, approval and move in process was seamless and almost effortless. There was an issue with my code, not working on the door that pad split customer service handled extremely promptly and efficiently and professionally.
Regarding my room transfer inside the same house. That was pretty effortless, as well. Everything was smooth, went well, no hiccups at all. The questions that I did have, the host handled perfectly.
I would strongly recommend this service and pad split as a whole to anybody needing a room for a week. Or somewhere to live long-term? The whole experience has been stress relieving, to say the least

Initially was in a gorgeous padsplit in Kissimmee, unfortunately the host was a lot!!! The property didn’t list that host was onsite and harassed you daily.
I used my free transfer. Now I’m in a padsplit in Melbourne. I arrived to a dirty room, which I had to clean myself and they advertise a pool home near FIT. We are located right next to FIT yet the pool is dirty and unkept. I reported this to the host and padsplit and here we are Weeks later and still no resolve: Unable use the pool. It was a nice place to call home. At least until something more private would come along. The house mates were great, no issues with any of them. My only issue was sharing a bathroom. That’s my sanctuary in my own house or apartment. I take long relaxing showers. Having the basic furniture and appliances in the rooms makes a huge difference. Having a washer and dryer is a game changer.

PadSplit is a great way to get a wonderful place to live and an affordable price. And to meet some cool and interesting people along the way. Where in rare occasions I crossed path with a troubled soul, PadSplit always took care of that situation to make sure everyone felt safe and the house remained peaceful.

None of the hosts makes sure guests are following rules, they are dirty. Padsplit let's you transfer but they make you pay DOUBLE YOUR 2 WEEK FEE. My transfers didn't go through and they are still requiring me to pay $1500 for a 3 week stay. My fee is $278 A WEEK!!! Does that add up?? Don't spend your money here!!!! They will avoid you at every cost. They won't fix anything. Runnnnn away!
