I saw a Facebook advert offering a deal on a fight for new customers. I signed up and it refused me entry. I spoke to theee customer service chat people who took ages to reply to every single message sent which was so frustrating. 40 minutes later I’m still locked out of my new account because they ar not sending me mobile verification. What a shambles. If you’re on a chat then chat. Don’t go for a walk and spend so long between messages.

I contacted Customer Service and Raghavendra the agent I dealt with was very helpful. I appreciate the time taken to look into the issue.

Just to follow on from my July 2025 saying what a joke of a bookie Paddy (low)Power is things have improved, Instead of restricting my bet to £7.50 they graciously limited my latest bet to £10.37 on a £20 horse racing bet at York at their early price of 12/1. What an absolute joke of a bookie. Really disgraceful from a so-called big firm who have the absolute cheek to call themselves "Your Home of Sports Betting". On course bookies will stand bets of several hundred if not thousands but not Power. They are simply a joke. Avoid avoid avoid if you want to put anything lke a decent bet on. By decent I mean anything more than a tenner.

Was a customer of PP for well over 10 years. As soon as I started winning they removed me from all bouses and offers. Really dissapointing and closed my account

put a typo in my name as I signed up. one L too much and contacted support. they got me to upload my passport but then told me they need utility bills etc.

I said you didn't need all that when I literally just signed up without any ID or bank linked.

I have tried a few sites now and this one is truly one of the worst for any game triggering a bonus game on any of them whereas on placea like sky these same games go off within 10/20 pound if its a new game these will not on this site an the rare occassion they do theyre very poor winnings

Nothing change with this site. It seems fixed at this point. Just take money for one year and does not pay anything. RTP a joke. Down thousands and not a good payoff. You can see how the actual slots slow down when they return the exact amount of money you put on last time. Fixed all i can say. Made only to make you lose. Piece of advice, stay far away as you will only lose your money. There is no win, no bonuses or JP on slots. Paddy use to be a good site now it is as worst as many others.

I have been banned from playing their bonus games without any clear explanation as to why. As a customer it would be beneficial as to have a clear explanation as to why, instead of just getting banned. The date is not correct as to when this happened, its just for the purpose of the review.
