So I have spent a small fortune…
So I have spent a small fortune purchasing parts from Paddock, for the most part items are very well packaged, reasonably priced etc, what my issue is, is the follow up customer service. I purchased a VERY EXPENSIVE stainless steel exhaust system and it does not fit properly. There have been several emails back and forth, I have sent in photos, and now "Crickets" I have no solution or resolution I am out hundreds of hard earn dollars, I am only requesting what I feel is a reasonable fix (a section of pipe to fill the gap). I have not had any offer to solve the issue. I am very disappointed. Over $8500 in parts and shipping and I am asking for a very low cost fix to a $700 problem. $500 for the system plus the $200 shipping (approx).
