they are terrible with shipping

they are terrible with shipping. i had paid for 3 day shipping and its been 2 weeks. its frustrating because i love their clothes but it is awful when my package is almost 2 weeks late on top of paying for the express shipping.

i even had talked to customer service and they told me they would be on top of it and get it to me, which they did, but my package that came in included 1 of the 4 things i had bought.

after this i reached out again and they did nothing but tell me where my package was and they hadn’t even delivered it to the warehouse yet to be shipped out.

Shipped to wrong address with no accountability

They shipped my package to another person in another city 15 hours away. The person who received my package kindly and resourcefully found me through social media. They ended up shipping it to me. I paid them $47 for shipping costs. PacSun would do nothing about it. They said I had to file a police report. I’m like you guys are the criminals here who won’t do anything not the kind person who tracked me down that lived over 15 hours away to send my package. Lousy customer service. No resolution. No ownership. Will never use again.

Awful! Sent the wrong item but won’t send the…

Sent the wrong item but won’t send the correct one until I pay to return the wrong one! And only if I return at a UPS store (which is 30 miles away from me!) I argued with an online rep for a few weeks before they just stopped responding to me.

Stay away!!…

If a could give Pacsun no stars I would! I am so frustrated with their CS because there is none! I made a purchase around the 5th of August that took 2 weeks to arrive and just to receive a wrong order! Tried to make a return at a local store but was told since it was an online purchase I had to mail the items back! They recieved items Aug 18th and I have yet to recieve a refund to this day! Have tried calling to speak with someone with no success and people on Chat are not helpful! I have emailed them and they respond 3 days later just to say they are investigating the return? I will never purchase at Pac sun again! Get it together people! Give me my refund!

Not a good online Service

I love their clothes, service is good when you go to the store but, their online service is not good. I ordered a pair of jeans for my teen son on Sunday, it is Thursday and I still do not have even an approximate delivery date! They do not keep you informed about your order. Just praying we receive the item at least

Waited a month for a pair of jeans to show up. Then pacsun cancelled the order. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because pacsun didn't refund and customer service was non-responsive.

Terrible Customer Service

On August 5, 2025 I made a purchase at Pac Sun in League City Texas. The employee thought he accidentally cancelled the transaction because he could no longer see it in his system and could not print me a receipt. The employee was amazing and immediately contacted his support line for assistance. The support line said the transaction for $63.50 was cancelled even though it was showing pending on my bank account. They said the pending transaction would drop off and I would not be charged so I allowed the employee to ring me up a second time and charge me again. AND....the transaction DID NOT drop off and I was charged twice. Today is August 21 and after fighting with Pac Sun for weeks I was just told today that they confirmed that I was charged twice and will be refunding my money in 2-4 WEEKS!!!! This is completely unacceptable but there is nothing I can do but wait because the ONLY way to reach anyone at Pac Sun is through the chat line with individuals from a call center who have only been trained to say "I understand and I apologize". Asking for a supervisor only gets the same idiotic response. I even tried calling another Pac Sun store to ask how to contact an area manager and was only directed to the chat line. I made the comment that Pac Sun doesn't care about customer service and the employee from the other store said sadly they in fact do not. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT Pac Sun AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a package for “Mom No Last…

I received a package for “Mom No Last Name.” I didn’t order it and tried to return it. I went to the address on the shipping tag. The site kept asking me for an email address or phone number. I tried chat and was told there was a charge for a return. Basically, when you order from this company make sure it was what you wanted or you are going to have a difficult time returning it.

Fake Discount, Clown Business Model

Downloaded the PacSun app for $5 off, but apparently that “deal” shows up on layaway. Takes days before you can even use it. Who thought this was a good idea? Nothing says customer loyalty like tricking people into downloading your app and then holding the discount hostage. What a clown business model.

Terrible return policy

My daughter bought a tank and decided it wasnt for her. Never worn. We had the receipt but it did not have the tag. Manager said without tag attached they assume it was worn and would not take it back or issue store credit. Terrible customer service and return policy..

I purchased a pair of loose fit jeans…

I purchased a pair of loose fit jeans for my teen child and they were gently worn. They were only two months old.At school one day, she was doing a cartwheel and they just randomly tore, not even in a seam area. Clearly you could tell the material was faulty. After review of all documentation and pictures, PacSun refused to replace or refund for the jeans. They stated because of the date of purchase. I am very disappointed in the customer service and I will no longer be purchasing from them.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!!

I ordered some clothes off the Pacsun app a year ago and into this day I have not received anything. I ordered a shirt a few shorts and a hoodie I tried contacting them and now all I get is an automated message, if you want to buy something from Pacsun, please buy it in store not on website.

Dont order online!

So basically, I bought a Hoodie for a friend as a Birthday Gift. I payed extra for express Delivery, it didnt arrive in 2 Weeks. In addition to that, I did not receive a single response from a human. Everything I received was a automatic response. Even when I tried calling during business hours, no one responded. To sum it up, if you have a Pac Sun Store near you, you can totally go there because they got nice stuff. BUT, dont order on the internet, because if you have trouble with your order, there will be no one to help you out.

Disappointed by Misleading Promo and Poor Customer Support

during a "Buy 1, Get 2 Free" promotion or at least that's what was advertised. What I actually received was two items, not three, and I was charged for two items, not one. To make things worse, one of the shirts (the Green Day Oversized Grey T-shirt) is with the security tag still attached, which made it unwearable.
When I contacted customer service, their responses were inconsistent and unclear. First, they acknowledged the promotion should include three items, but then backtracked, saying I only qualified for two, even though I paid for two. As compensation, I was offered a $10 gift card, which isn’t even applicable to fix the issue at hand.
This kind of experience, confusing promotions, billing errors, and security-tagged clothing, does not reflect the level of quality and care I expect from a brand like Pacsun. I’m left feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. Disappointing and frustrating from start to finish.
I try to clear this matter for more than a month since my purchase date (May 17th, 2025 at 5:13 pm, with the associate namely Nicole M).

Recieved wrong shirt 2x.

Ordered some shirts. 5/6 were fine and came within 5 days. The 6th came after 10 days and was completely misprinted and missing the design. They sent me a replacement with express shipping, supposed to be 3 days or less, and it again took 10 days. This replacement was the exact same messed up shirt they sent before. They now want me to return both, then wait for the refund to go through, then make a new order of the original shirt. No credit, hardly an apology, nothing. The shirt I ordered in mid-May might finally arrive by Christmas if I'm lucky.
