The courier did not stop
The courier did not stop to pick up my package as he saw that I had dogs. I was home and ready to send it. I was not notified of this until I rang 2 days later to see what was going on. I was then told it had to be booked in again. This is most likely the couriers issue as the person I dealt with from pack and send was very helpful. I send things constantly and have never had this problem. Normally they driver texts me or rings if they are unsure of the dogs.
